end of the 90s, I drove my new (to me) '89 Chevy Celebrity back to Vegas from a new race track on in So Cal.. covered the 62 mile stretch between Barstow & Baker in 28 minutes.. long before I learned what redline was, or how I was warping my heads by running that long at redline.. but that would have been the least of my worries if a cop caught me..

I hate US highways, people literally drive the same speed while barely passing each other, so dangerous and inefficient. The European and right way is to just move over to the right most lane when you’re done passing and go back to the left lane to pass the car in front of you and repeat. Much more efficient.

It should be NJ Turnpike South and Garden State Parkway South. It is not North.

Can you teach me to get over my fears of tunnels and bridges ?

Please if you’re not actively overtaking someone, move to the most right driving lane so you won’t clog up traffic and risk an accident.

Another winner. Its amazing looking at everything. I could tell a story about almost every place I see i these videos as I watch them. Its funny before I was 21 we all drove around like you are just for fun. There wasnt an opportunity to do what you are today. In many ways technology has provided so many possibilities I wish were available back then. This is so much more appealing than the awful work opportunities we had to chose from back then. Especially because all my friends & I loved driving. Im shocked how many food places are by Staples in the Ridgemont Plaza on Kinderkamack? I was happy to see PetSmart is still in that shopping Center right off 59 & 304 in Nanuet. That's been there at least 30 years. But the drive down Kinderkamack South at the end. I swear I could be looking at 1987 its so identical. Thank you so much for posting these.

This was absolutely fantastic to watch. I grew up all in this area. I've often considered a trip back East just to drive all the roads I did 35 years ago. I knew every location within a few seconds of each jump cut. You could post these everyday & I'd watch every single one of them on all the local roads like this.
