Methinks the way you cut it is even better. Now you'll have screws holding down the forward edge. When i made one I just used RTV and some inner tube along the edges and screwed down the ends with some tabs.
Hey what’s your email cause I wanna ask about parts you used and see if they’ll match my 86. I plan on doing a similar setup

My grandma didn't smell musty
Greetings from Sedona AZ. just got a 1990 little bronco ii and its in a pretty good condition, however, i am planing on replacing some interior and exterior to bring it back to life. Is there someone to guide me to a good source of parts and aftermarket items as needed? Thank you for your help, appreciated
I am in need of a tan dash for my 1989 bronco 2
After 2-3 years any updates ?
You would be shocked at the difference in suspension performance by simply using the Dual James Duff 70/30 shocks in the front instead of any other brand!!
How much this Bronco 2 worth? If you don't mind to asking
Bout to do my 88s fuel pump, so glad I found this. Great job on the video, need more people like you sharing these
Glad I found this. I think I'll cut mine like yours, and put hinges towards the rear letting the cross brace hold the front. Deburr the hole and panel, and put a rubber seal on it.
On the 1990 Bronco ll are there 2 fuel pumps or just the one in the tank ?
There are two. One in the tank and a second high pressure pump along the frame directly below the drivers seat
I;m in Lincoln Nebraska, wondering if you know someone that could help me fix up an 1984 Bronco ii. Need help putting in distributor. Time engine. Thanks. I am getting kinda old, and crippled up, need help. Bronco in garage, have parts.
Do you know what kind sway extended links you got or is it generic?
Very cool!
How's this Bronco doing?
I have my 89 and I don’t like my front but you make me want to keep it. 88 and older has the old school grill and lights
Blue looks greag
Just found your channel got a yard full of bronco 2s myself
Any more videos and updates?
Woooow estoy extasiado con esas Broncos 🤠
Beautiful toys ❤
Están bien bonitas esas Broncos
Beautiful
I'm working on a front receiver hitch for my '90, was suprised to discover the front frame is considerably different than a Ranger or Explorer. I havent found any aftermarket listings on the interwebs. Are you fabbing your own frame horn mounts?
I got my '90 back on the road, fuel tank was full of rust and fuel pump was bad. No rust though, has never seen salt. Your paint is 100% better than mine.
Dealing with the same problems. What kind of symptoms were you getting?
Nice Bronco, I own two, one for off road the other a sleeper w/ a 3.2L turbo coupe engine. I once played around with extension brackets on the TTB. For off-roading it's a dangerous waist of time. In fact for street driving it reinforces the chance of roll over. I found there are ways of lowering the CG of the vehicle and still keep the flex and articulation of the suspension. And it looks better. Nice job, it's obvious you but allot of time and effort into your rig. The B2 is one of the nicest looking Broncos made. Love the visibility out the side glass.
Have any tips you could share for lowering CG safely?
Can you add some info about what the process was like mounting the B2 brackets on that bumper?
Could you tell me what year jeep that bumper is from? I'm interested in looking around for jeep bumpers since there aren't too many bronco ii options out there eh.
What year of jeep bumper did you use?
Fantastic job!!! and Who cares what other people think. it's your vision and your canvas . great concept and fantastic delivery . And i think you are like me. you are your worst cretic .
Any updates?
Very informative.Thanks!
I'm huge Bronco II fan. I've owned 2 in my life, but had to sell both due to life circumstances. If you ever think about selling this one - please consider selling to me. I'd love it!
I have an 89. Just did a complete interior restoration on it. Needs paint but the original isn't bad for an 89... Give me a price!
@@JustMe-lm1nd I'd love to see some pictures or videos.
I have a 85 II tan interior cherry paint job rebuilt engine, transmission and carburetor
I have an 86 that will turn on but after a few seconds to even up to a minute it turns off. It started once it got cold and I'm thinking it has something to do with the pumps or the pressure regulator. Do you have any thoughts? It seems to be a semi common issue but I haven't found any answers on it
Yo we need to see more videos love your Channel wish there was more videos though
Right on. Looks good man. Iv’e been wanting to do a two tone tan/brown for my 86. Glad I found your channel. Subscribed.
Any of your extra parts for sale?
I want those extra bronco seats!!! GIMME A PRICE!!
what the rack on the top of the bronco called?
front axle needs to go forward about 3 inches
Where did you get new rear side window rubber trim?
whats up from lincoln nice bronco!
very clean work!
I just started this same project today on my '90 that's been sitting 10 years. Disconnected the fuel lines and dropped the tank. Looks as if someone poured a gallon of dirt down the fuel fill which is also rotten. Parts ordered today: 1) New Fuel Tank 2) New Fuel Pump Assembly: Herko 357GE 3) New Fuel Fill Neck Just under $300 on just these parts.
I found it best to remove the four horizontal main rear bumper bolts to remove the rear bumper and then remove the tank skid plate.
just bought my 89 ii a few months ago, still looking for a replacement or OEM tire swing for the back, most sround are $600 on ebay but one day i’ll get it.
This is very cleaver and an easy access. But man I’d be lying if I said it wouldn’t hurt me to be cutting the body up lol
Looks great!
Nice work!!! Like seeing ur content and ur projects
What year explorer did you use? I'm having the same problem and I want to order a radiator
