I got mine in April. But it’s a higher # (132). It had 8 miles when I left the dealership. It’s beautiful, although I wish it was available in different colors. I would have been all over a Destroyer grey color!
That opening shot with the steel bumper made me laugh, because it reminded me of a accident scene I'd come across years ago. While caught in a tailback, trying to get off the motorway, it became apparent that there had been an accident at the traffic lights at the end of the off ramp. As I crawled up to the lights I noticed that an old FJ had obviously lost it's brakes and gone into the back of a blue VW Jetta (Bora in some parts of the world). The VW was so crumpled that the back bumper was literally right behind the front seats. The car had been halved in size. As I crept closer, and could see the front of the Cruiser, I could see that the only visible damage to the Toyota was the front bumper. Something seemed out of place because the corner of the bumper was bent forwards, not backwards as you'd imagined. Besides this and a bit of blue paint on the bumper, there was no other telling evidence of it being in a collision. Creeping forward again, I noticed what can be described as a forlorn looking man standing next to the Land Cruiser. Presuming correctly that he was the owner of the FJ, I asked him how he managed to bend his steel bumper forwards in the collision? To which his reply was "that happened when I reversed back off the VW". 😂😂
@@artlorddavis5836 The only people that think this car looks amazing are people who are desperate to own a car that resembles a supercar. Sure it has curves but the proportions are very unattractive and not to mention all the front hood looks like a crash impact. The cabin is way too bubble-shaped and should be lower to give the car a more sleek profile. The rear of the car looks like the designer gave up halfway through the process And the over-exaggerated indentation towards the intake vents are hideous. Must I go on? Sure why not. The car doesn't even have a true mid-engine silhouette with its undersized rear proportions. There is absolutely no good angle on this car whatsoever and the only thing that helps it in some ways is the different colors. I would still take an Alfa Romeo 4C over the Emira

Vivid red is incredible and really pops with black pack on the Emira. When cleaned up and polished it will look absolutely amazing . Best color combination for Emira . Thx for sharing.

I agree it is gorgeous 😍. But the auto box has lag in it. If they swop it out for a better gearbox I would buy it even the 2l with the auto box.
