@@jwgaia I would definitely bring them as they are helpful for any type of turn you do on the floor! If you are just doing aerial, they aren’t necessary but can always just take them off

@@sarahpolerbeara Thank you Sarah. I'm 64 now and as a 10 year old shortened the chains on the swing and started working it as a trapeze with bar above to work with. I loved it but there was no outlet for me. Health and strength have always been a priority and while I have been an avid hiker mountaineer type, this sport would have been perfect for the younger me. It makes me happy to see other strong women perform incredible routines. I am in awe.
