Vault Climbing

Vault climbing is a grounded climbers for climbers channel, we design clothing, travel the world and review climbing centers and areas to climb. We upload; adventure videos, climbing center reviews, bouldering center reviews, outdoor climbing area guides and much more, and we have some fun doing it.
Coming from a climbing background and having been climbing for over 30 years gives us a lot of experience in assessing which areas are worth a visit. We will let you know where to plan your next trips. Bear with us, video is not our occupation, only a hobby and as we learn, the quality will improve.
We also make some random videos on vans, and maintenance, some tourist reviews of places we visited and anything else we think you might like!

A quick little tour of the Altmühltal Via Ferrata just to the north of Munich. A great little spot for a beginners Via Ferrata, and an enjoyable day out. Well worth a visit, if anywhere near Regensburg, Munich or Nuremburg

A fun little, very easy climb on the tunnelweg. Theres some good climbs here on an exposed tower in, basically the middle of nowhere. Bit of a walk to get to from the carpark, but if the sun is shining, its a nice spot. Tunnelweg starts with an easy boulder, then a crawl through the middle of the tower, through to a platform on the other side, where the last few meters to the top can be complet...
Mareinwand in the Harz Vorturm climb

A little climb in the Harz on a top rope, on the vor turm - the front bit, of the Marienwand. Nice little climb, far too easy, but still quite fun to go over the top and then be greeted with the main Marienwand in your face. I especially like the climbing here, because the chill out area at the bottom by the river is good to just chill and chat climbing with the locals, who are always friendly.

Little trip out to the Harz and a bit of bouldering on the famous Rapa Nui boulder - fun little place to hang out and near to studentenklippe - actually up and around the back of the crag, onto the top, and down the other side a little ways. Always fun to find some cool little places out of the way to do some bouldering. The Harz doesnt dissapoint.
Bouldering Films Munich Einstein Boulderhalle

A quick visit to Einstein bouldering gym in Munich - its the oldest bouldering place to go in MUnich and as you can imagine its more of the old skool training place - which I love. Christina actually likes the newer cleaner places, but I like the dark old ones - nice balance there I think. Well worth a visit for some very interesting bouldering whilst in the city.
Harz Mountains Climbs Marienwand fels all climbs

a walk around the main climbing area in the Harz mountains. Marienwand has the only multi pitch climbs here, and is the most famous place to climb. Well worth a visit, and right next to the car park, and a beautiful river at the bottom, so the views are amazing. Really enjoy climbing here, and theres always someone to chat to and hang out with

A quick little visit to the Harz and some top rope on the side of Studentenklippe - little messy climb this one, easy grade, think its a 4 or 5, but its the small trees growing on the climb that are a complete pain in the arse.
