God does not make promises..! He merely states the consequences or natural results of certain actions. In science we learn that every action has a reaction...1 God created this natural law of nature when He created science. And He created science when He created the universe and set the rules and laws and principles according to which it functions. And He created these laws and principles to illustrate something about Himself, namely His divine nature and character. According to Romans 1 :20, the invisible things of God is clearly seen in nature and the things He has created. Take gravity for instance..! The age old rule is that "everything that goes up, must come down.!" Now I can say to you; "throw something up in the air and i PROMISE YOU, it will come back down..!" I can promise you that, because I know the rule and the "law of nature" which applies, namely gravity and how it functions! But I do not have to "promise" you that and my "promise" to you means nothing because there is nothing that I have to do to ( or can do) to fulfil that "promise". A promise is only a promise if you have to do something to fulfill that promise in order to make it come true. If you are not fulfilling that "promise" then it is not a promise at all....; it is merely a fact and a natural consequence and reaction to the thing or action which you undertook. God doesn't promise you any thing...; He merely states the natural reaction and consequence of the thing or action which you undertake to do.

I really miss my Christ The Rock family. I live in Florida full-time now after my husband passed with pancreatic cancer. It’s been really rough. He took care of all the bills and I am struggling. I got caught up in a scam. I fell for it should’ve followed my heart. They have all my money I am broke. They turned off my power today, it’s in the 90s degrees so hot in my house. I know God will not give me more than I can handle. I will survive.

I have a prayer jar. When I tell someone I will pray for them I put their name in the jar. Then I tell Jesus I’m praying for the names that are in this jar and asking a blessing on them. On New Years I take the names out and again ask Jesus to bless them in this new year!

Romans 7 speaks that when once one has been married then becomes divorced if remarried that’s adulterous and anyone who marries him/ her after being divorced commits adultery . Only in the case of death is one allowed to remarry again but only in the Lord. The Bible notes that adulterers will not enter the Kingdom of God. So then why are you having this group? Step families should not be if the church is living by Gods word and not the flesh or social quotations.

How do I get my family to accompany me into church I have struggled but seems if I push anger poos out of them and frustration I pray to God to give me strength and to give my husband and son and daughter a sign to come with me.
