it works, the mycelium reacts to low frequencies you can do the research and just from personal experience it works. i grew jack frost pins in a matter of 7 days and their very fat and chunky unlike what ive seen from other pictures

how loud should i have it for the mushrooms? i was thinking if im able to hear it then its good so i have it at a pretty low setting, its also making my jack frost pin after only 7 days! which this strain is known to take forever

Tried this on a bag that wasn’t colonizing. Played for an hour a day over the course of 3 days and now I have visible mycelium spots. Does it work? Maybe, but I’ll continue to play in the same manner till the end.
