hello 請問你係咪揀前排區域嘅座位？因為根據我經驗起飛前48小時online check in佢會自動安排位比你，然後你可以根據自己需要調位。

正話再了解完之後 而家online check in的確係真係要比錢先可以劃位，自從換完新收費模式之後就變成咁了。

@@EdinTse 即係唔想俾錢劃位就一定要上機前去機場櫃位(或自助機?) check in? 咁航空公司咪即係又要多d人手做check in?

@@EdinTseI wish you are better off to fly BR instead of PR, my flight on Sunday Aug3 0100 from YVR to MNL was cancelled after 2 hrs in cabin waiting without air conditioning and 3 hrs plus in terminal due to mechanical issues, the announcement was made at 0600, all passengers have been waiting for more than 5 hrs, PR eventually rebook us 4 to fly HKG directly on AC007 which left YVR 1135, a 10 hrs delay.

so sorry to know your experience SK... believe airlines with alliances background would have better arrangement in case unexpected situation happens...

@EdinTse Spot on there. This has happened to my Parents on April 29th 2024 with UA2321 EWR-LAX delayed due to Mechanical issues. What UA did was give my parents two options overnight in EWR for the 8:15pm UA189 EWR-MNL via SFO which causes them to arrive on May 1 or Arrive April 30th via TPE BR5/261. Once they got to LAX My mother has these choices PR113 LAX-MNL (🇭🇰🇹🇼 spelling 菲律賓航空) or do LAX-MNL via TPE BR5/261. When they got to the Eva Air 長榮航空 LAX desk their system didn't show BR5/261 ticket which then caused Eva Air to see if there's a Star Alliance partner to MNL from LAX luckily they saw space on NH5/819.

I think CX probably resume hot meal service since the end of the pandemic. As China Airlines (CI) do serve hot meal at all times, which is one of the strengths they have on such competitive route, CX is forced to uplift their service level again in order to compete. Thanks for watching anyways!

Yes! I just returned HKG from KIX and my fd was onboard CX565 again but from Kansai instead of TPE! How’s your experience on flying from HKG to MNL?

@EdinTse For HKG-MNL I had an excellent service and crew were top notch. In 2001 this was a B777-200 A340-300 2005-2006 B747-400 & B777-300. For that route if I went PR Traditional Chinese 🇭🇰🇹🇼 spelling 菲律賓航空 top notch 5 star Skytrax rated CX service

hello！ 你可以先睇睇自己總共有儲到幾多里數先 如果想儘快兌換機票的話 可以留意一下短途嘅路線 睇睇有冇適合自己心儀航空公司嘅路線/日期 又或者可以再飛多幾次儲更多里數再換長途機票 不過記住要留意飛行里數大多都有期限 要到期前用完😀

@@EdinTse and also on some flights,the tv are either on the wall and maybe like pulls out that have like slower react speed or requires remote.Traveling with a partner in prem econ would be really worth on a day flight as more legroom,leg rest and also 2-4-2 seating plan
