If you found bar in lower weight as we described, then this is question mark in shape of cheating in weight i.e. reduction in quality/diameter of bar. Weight must be exact according to Standards as we already explained.

Frame Structure building load totally depends on beam and column so must be used 60 grade in multi storied building/frame structure. In hybrid structure with load bearing walls you don't need to waste the money simply as 40 grade is quite enough to carry load with safety margin.40 grade is actually 40000 psi (yield strength). You don't have additional benefit to use 60 grade steel if your building is not frame structure.

Solution. In order to get rid of damp situation, You can apply Cementitious Waterproof Coating (underneath paint coat) on exterior walls of any approved company i.e. BASF, FOSPAK etc

Solid block is not solid as brick, Stability owing to size/dimensions is also not well as brick. Chances of cracks are even then encountered in solid block.

@@Trendytrends.125 If you gonna built column, beam and slab first then it's fine, it is called "Frame Structure".On the other hand, load bearing walls will must take the upper load whether you provided the columns.

Dear, there is huge difference between 2nd Class brick and "Khinger Brick". Khinger brick is actually over burnt brick which also transformed to spongy and looses the shape and could be used safely under the ground level but not above. Later we will explain in detail vide other video.
