I love your raw honesty.
Thank you so much! Your comment made my day!
You're right. None of us have any excuse. We should all aimnto be that greek statue.
That's what I'm talking about! We all deserve to see ourselves that way. Thank you for the comment! @smoothdahustla9729
🎉🎉🎉
You remind me of my EX boyfriend. But why you can't be still it's like you're holding your pee 😂 Thanks for the video 😊
Hahahaha Fr Fr! I promise you I'm not holding in my pee! Lmao, thank you for the lovely comment!
Stick with it i relapsed back on cigs n weed and now my life seems like a pile of shit again and now i need to quit again
Fr, it's been my most rewarding achievement, quitting and abstaining from drugs. Getting to live my life sober how I always wanted too. Have you managed to put it down since then? If not, I would love to give you a helping hand so you can feel free again
My dog died 2 months ago and it ignited my sobriety. I haven’t drank alcohol in 70 days and weed 50 days. This is my longest streak in well over a decade. Now I’m trying to quit porn. I just want to be better man.
Your dog is a soulmate that is proof to me. God bless you two souls. Congratulations man.
Wow! What an achievement! Have you made the progress you desired? I was in the same boat. I've recently stopped watching porn and haven't had it in my life for 2 months now! What a freeing feeling it's had over me, let me tell ya. Good on you for taking action to make your life better man, I'm proud of you! Sorry to hear about your dog, I'm sure he would love seeing you full of life, free from those devilish restraints
I was able to quit weed after 23 of daily smoking. I needed it to calm down. The trick? Quitting caffeine. Changed my life.
wishing you the best ❤
Very good! Liked and subscribed
I’m on day 7! It’s been rough and still rough but we out here!
Congrats on reaching day 7! It’s a challenge, but it’s good to hear you’re making progress! Are there any specific videos or support that would help you at this stage of your recovery?
@AnthonyApproved now u just smoke guys
We got this. We know it hinders us in a way. Whatever way that is for you. It's personal, i believe i can not be the real me fully and authentically if i am choosing a coping mechanism to not fully own bring out if my self. I am great, but why do i not choose to be? If you want to quit, i believe it is intuitive and soul calling out to embody the person we know we truly are ❤ its hard, yes, but its a lesson to be learned and be grateful for. We are worth it! Will we mess up, yes, but we try again. We dont have to dwell in the dark, we respect it and prosper through ❤ goo will
Beautifully said, thank you for sharing!
DAY 1 FOR ME 🙏
You got this! You can achieve that Freedom!
same 😢
Your videos give me hope bro. Thank you
So good ❤️
Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed it. Your support means a lot 😊
Great video Anthony, as always. Trully inspiring words, I see myself reflected in lots of habits and behaviours that you mentioned. I was a grinder scrapper too and I really hated myself for my lack of self crontrol. Congrats on the 2 months sobriety! Stay strong brother, we are going to make it!
Thank you so much for your continued support and for sharing your experience. It means a lot to hear from someone who's been following along. Your honesty about your struggles with grinding and scraping resonates deeply, and I appreciate your openness. Those were some of the worst nights of addiction, feeling like a raccoon digging through garbage just to get a snack. Your words truly mean a lot. Thank you for being part of this journey.
Hey Anthony, I found your channel last week from your "rocketship" video, and I've subscribed. I am 19 and have been struggling with mental health and addictions since I was 15. Well, actually since I was like 4 if you count nail biting/picking my finger and lip skin till it bled. My ADD is a big part of it, but I've managed to be sober all this month so far. These videos are great, and I'm seeing the improvement in each one, keep it up!
Hey Luke. Thank you so much for sharing your journey and for your kind words. Your commitment to sobriety this month is a significant achievement, and I'm genuinely proud of you. Remember, every step forward, no matter how small, is a testament to your strength, determination and resilience. Keep up the amazing work, you've made it to you're new chapter! Know that If you ever need support, you're not alone in this journey.
@@AnthonyApproved thank you! I've been sober for a month at the end of last year, but went back to it after I got another cart. Going AT LEAST 90 days this time but am not focusing on a timeline, rather improving myself a little bit every day. Been working out 6 days a week, and swimming/hot tub/cold plunging/and going into the sauna after taking niacin(to rupture fat cells) and activated charcoal (to bind the THC) and sweat it out. I appreciate these videos as they remind me I'm not alone and to keep my mindset right throughout the temptation, but I'm still going strong 💪🏼
Luke, your commitment to self-improvement is truly uplifting. It's evident you're striving towards your full potential, and that's commendable. I'm genuinely grateful that my videos can offer some support along your journey. Keep pushing forward, you're doing the best thing for yourself. Just know that I'm rooting for you every step of the way!
Yes
Keep fighting bro I never took drugs bcs I've lost my uncle to it, but I see you🤝
I Appreciate the support, bro! Your encouragement means a lot. Let's keep pushing forward together. 🤝
maybe if you are like ODing on fucking heroin yeah bro youtube I smoke weed not meth get this out of my feed.
This video was about weed and alcohol...
@@AnthonyApproved I mean this is kinda heinous for weed if you have an addictive personality do not use these things if you are already addicted it is not the weeds fault or the alcohol it is your bad decisions mixed with circumstance.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts. For many like myself, quitting drugs isn't just about having an 'addictive personality.' It's a relentless battle, especially when the lure of substances is as close as a corner store. Imagine being in a storm, with drug stores on every street corner offering temporary shelter from the chaos. The video aims to illuminate these challenges, not to vilify substances. The fight against addiction is akin to navigating treacherous waters; it requires more than just willpower. Many, including myself, have felt the weight of life's struggles crashing down, seeking solace in these temporary havens. Breaking free from this cycle demands understanding, support, and often professional intervention. Your perspective adds depth to the conversation, and I appreciate it
you're simply AMAZING anthony. wish i could speak so beautifully!!! what a talented guy!!!
Phillip, your kind words mean a lot to me! It's not just a wish anymore; I've been dedicated to honing my storytelling skills, guided by what my heart tells me. Your comments are truly motivating and have inspired me even further. Thank you!
i luv u anthony ur amazing!!!
What a beautiful allegorical depiction of addiction. I wish everyone who reads this to keep fighting, your fellow humans need you here on earth to help fix this mess we’re all in. Rather than trying to escape reality we must fix it, lest when we return inevitably we shall witness a worse future than how we left it.
Nate, thank you for your insightful comment! To be honest, I hadn't even considered the allegorical interpretation you shared-it's truly enlightening. Your perspective adds a new depth to my story. I appreciate your dedication to creating a better world; it brings me a sense of warmth. Your message is an act of love for humanity, and I'm grateful to have you as part of this conversation.
Thank you for this.
No problem at all! If you have any further questions or need more assistance, feel free to ask
Good luck bro!
Thanks a lot mate! I really appreciate the support!
Hope the best for you man you have the strength you need brother..
Thank you Dustin, it means a lot to me to read such supportive comments. You've given me a new muscle fiber of determination!
Its a helluva fight!! I understand everything your saying bc I felt that way for so long, its been over 16 months and that “intruder” after you kick its ass, he wont bother you as much but you have to be ready at any moment bc it will try to take you to the moon again
Absolutely, it's an ongoing battle, but congratulations on your 16 months of strength and resilience! You're absolutely right about that 'intruder'-it may quiet down, but it's always lurking, ready to pounce when least expected. Stay vigilant and keep fighting. Keep pushing forward, one day at a time
We love to change our state. Caffeine and nicotine are incredibly difficult to quit for me, I’ve tried and failed many times. It boils down to being unsatisfied with life itself.
For me Caffeine has been good, many scientists do up to 4mg/LB of body weight. I cant quit weed, at least now, not because I don't like myself sober. I dont have access to my creative faculties when I am sober. And theres nothing scarier than losing my imagination personally. Except for Hell
It's understandable that creativity is vital to you, and I've been there too. I still struggle when I bounce right to caffeine to get me through parts of my day. But it's crucial to consider if the benefits of weed outweigh the potential drawbacks. While it might feel easier to lean on it for creativity, I've found that exploring other avenues offer long-term benefits for health and overall well-being. My clarity to make these video's has never been better since I quit. I'm free from all of those restraints. Remember, making changes is challenging, but prioritizing your overall wellness is worth the effort. Thank you for sharing your experiences, you've got this
God help you🙏
Well done for speaking out like this Anthony. You are very brave in doing so and I wish you the best 💞💞💞
Thank you for the very kind comment Marumali!

Thank you for your support! I hope you find some inspiration or motivation in my story on your way to work. Have a great day
Way to go bro! 👍
Thank you newt!
Yoo that was good way to put it how it gets in your brain and it makes a decision for itself
Thank you for the appreciation! It means a lot to read that my explanation resonated with you!
im 16 and its so incredibly difficult to quit weed. having friends who do it aswell only adds on. Nearing the beginning it was the magic solution for my problems but now i just do it to do it, its destroyed my motivation.
Thank you both for leaving a comment and sharing your experience. It's evident that both of you have had similar experiences with weed and the challenges it poses. The realization that weed has transitioned from being a solution to a problem and has affected motivation is a significant insight. Taking up a different activity like yoga is worth entertaining. Finding healthier alternatives and ways to refocus your time and energy can be key in breaking free from the habit. For me, exercise and editing was my outlet. Remember that it's never too late to take steps towards a healthier lifestyle and regain control of your motivation. It may feel lonely at times, but the journey to self-improvement is worth the effort. Surround yourself with positive influences and activities that nourish your well-being. Stay resilient and believe in your ability to overcome this challenge. You have the strength to make positive changes and lead a fulfilling life!
@@AnthonyApproved thank you for the thoughtful and inspiring message! ive been focusing on trying to only use before the gym, its my little excuse. but i realize i just have to stop.
You're taking positive steps by limiting weed use to before the gym, but recognizing the need to stop altogether is a crucial realization. Remember, you have the power to make this change. Set specific goals and find healthier more meaningful coping mechanisms. Surround yourself with supportive people and stay committed to your goal. Believe in your ability to make positive changes. You've got this!@@entrophyalligned
Respect bro
im currently kinda struggling with weed too and im 16, I think im already addicted, its been pretty hard even to just lower the consumption but im trying my best to stop btw im really happy for you i hope i will stop too im really proud of u 💪
You’re 16. You could stop now and never be too deep. Youre only getting your foot wet. I started right at that age and if I could go back in time and change one thing in life it would be to not smoke. It would have kept me in a different friend crowd, I would have gotten better grades, had a better relationship with family. All of this matters at a younger age because it will determine how the rest of your life plays out in the future. It’s hard to change something that stems from decisions you made in your youth. That is why it is so valuable. Not to mention the effects that drug usage has on the brain, especially a much younger and still forming brain. When you are younger your brain cannot understand that. You think you are invincible. Save yourself while you can. I’m 25 now. My life wasn’t even that terrible in comparison to other people. I was smart in school, I didn’t fail. In comparison to myself, the life I could have had- without weed - it’s a life I’ll only dream and long for the rest of my life. It’s not about weed only. There is so much more. Think about the butterfly effect. Weed puts you in a negative lane. It will be harder to be the guy that doesn’t smoke, drink, etc. - Imagine 10 years from now you will be a damn unicorn. Purple Skull Fortnite Glowing Eyes Skin. Legendary. Someone who harnessed their willpower, strength, money, and focus. Make your parents proud. Yourself.
@@LAD1149 man i never looked at it this way.. thank you for telling me this i hope the best for you and your family 💪 ill do my best to stop, there should be more people like you around!
Thank you for sharing your perspective and personal experience. Your advice is incredibly valuable, I hope this young man feel's more at ease to face his usage. It's very important for young people to consider the impact of their choices on their future. I feel the effect's of my bad decisions from years ago still to this day. Your words serve as a powerful reminder of the importance of making positive decisions for oneself and one's future. Thank you for sharing your insight Lad!
Thank you for sharing your experience. It's brave of you to acknowledge your struggle with weed. It's not easy to confront these challenges, but the fact that you're trying to lower your consumption and ultimately stop is a significant step in the right direction. Your determination to overcome this is commendable, and with patience and determination, you can work towards a healthier path for yourself. Stay strong, and know that there are people cheering you on and supporting you in your journey to make positive changes in your life. You've got this!
Hell yeah brother! Went clean a few years ago. Haven't regretted it since. I wish you the best moving forward, as a clean man! I want to say this (from my perspective) to anyone out there using because they are depressed, unemployed or just any similar reason: Yeah, life has quite a few downs during the ups or sometimes it all feels down. But being clean doesn't really make it harder to handle the difficulties in life. You might tell yourself that when you use substances to "make it easier" but all you do is just pushing away your problems and they will, believe me, come back and get you even harder later. Coincidentally, after I got clean I found my new life partner. I know this for sure: Getting clean might make life SEEM harder at first, but it will get better and better, not saying it's a straight climb to the top, it might be a roller-coaster, but it will be WORTH fighting through it while being clean. Why? If you live a clean life, you'll also learn to handle problems in life much better, because you will have time and energy to reflect and plan ahead. I promise you, you'll thank yourself for it down the road.
Thank you for sharing your experience and encouragement Drasil! It's inspiring to see such a compassionate response! Keep pushing forward everyone and stay strong! You got this!

Great video and message, Anthony. I have also been struggling with my addictions (weed and gambling) and shit is fucked up. The loss of motivation, ambition and willingness to do better. The endless suffering and constant mental battles. I want to say that your videos are helping me a lot. Hearing what you say (literally what I've been thinking about over and over for many years) is helping me stay strong and kick out these terrible habits. You are not alone man. Keep the videos coming, they are of great value. Stay strong brother, we are going to make it!

Thank you Rolo! I'm very grateful for your message. If I only learned and took away one thing from my drug use. It's that I should always keep my word to myself. I appreciate your comment!
