In this video I am sharing what I eat in a day to be in calorie deficit and some of my new favorite high protein meals. These help me a lot on my weight loss journey. That tuna salad cucumber roll was my favorite out of all, but the curry definitely needs more work.

How much weight have you lost?
I normally aim at around 0.5kg per week and this is more or less what I've been seeing in the last 2 weeks. To be honest I try not to look at weight too much because it can be triggering with my history of being overweight and all the dieting that I've done when I was younger. I try to focus on how clothes fit, how I feel in general, my energy levels, etc.
