Can I use this type of sharpie to paint the letters on cemetery headstones?
I suggest the paint marker but you need to top coat it. The paint itself will not withstand weather
Which type of varnish is best for works done by metallic pens?
Not sure about varnish but I use a clear coat afterwards. I like glossy clear coat coz I like the shine.
Which gold markers can be used in resin art ?
I think you can use either. The sample is a plastic model. If you want more vibrant color, paint marker is better in my opinion.

Paint marker is thicker compared to regular marker. But with paint marker, you get more vibrant and bright shade.
