But does the income test for non-MAGI Medical also include rental income that is gross income from a rental home or instead what your tax returns shows as net income? Net income from our rental is really low for our rentals, because it's in a poor low income, undesirable small town in the desert. After repairs, vacancies and depreciation, our taxable income is ridiculously low from the rentals. Your service sounds really worth it.

This is a mandated program. So if I want to get health care coverage it will have to be within the insurance company's network (a for profit company) As I understand the medical products that I use (I'm a paraplegic) are not entirely by medi-cal and medicare will only pay for part of the supplies I need. I'm currently enrolled in United health care part D and from what I see I'm supposed to use the mandated plan for my prescriptions. On top of it all is the level of bureaucratize used to describe the plans. Who thought this up? A little clarity would help.

Ever since I was forced onto IEHP my life has been a living hell. I have Osteoradionecrosis, "bone death of the jaw". I was diagnosed with it in the early 2000s. This is due to radiation damage from cancer treatments. This is life threatening because there is no blood flow to the bone. My jaw is disintegrating and will fracture at some point. When that happens, I will die a slow, disfiguring, and painful death. However, with the right treatment my life could be saved and I could live a normal life. For many years IEHP has denied the proper medical care for my life saving treatments. Now I am on death row because of it. The quack doctors at IEHP who've denied my claims have now gone over my ENT Oncologist, Dr. Paul Walker at Loma Linda. Dr. Walker has stated that I need a jaw transplant. This will require free flap surgery. Bone is to be harvested from my leg to make me a new jaw. Before I can have that surgery I need to see the oral maxillary surgeon Dr Alan Herford, also at Loma Linda. I also need to have hyperbaric oxygen treatments before I can have surgery. These idiots have denied me life saving treatment and surgery once again ! Now they are saying that I need to see a dentist even though this is an issue for an oral maxillary surgeon and ENT Oncologist ! Hello ! I had Cancer of the head and neck! A regular dentist can't help me with radiation damage ! That's the reason I have an oncologist to begin with ! I've dealt with this for years and nothing ever changes. Now, If I don't get this surgery I'm going to die. This is what IEHP wants. This is why they deny claims to cancer patients with serious health issues such as radiation damage. They are an evil company, they are out to kill you. Stay clear away from them ! I I saw my doctor on June 7th. It's July and the issue still isn't resolved. I should have been seen by the oral maxillary surgeon in late June. I should be in treatment now instead of writing on Yelp. These scumbags are as low as they come. They call a serious issue with the head and neck that's life threatening a cosmetic issue. Heed this warning if you want to come out alive. IEHP is a Marxist death panel and nothing more !

MAYO CLINIC / ROCHESTER, MN...................where Diversity = Less White, nothing more and nothing less. When I came out of the closet, MAYO CLINIC ADMINISTRATION (and yes, the head of HR Fraser and CEO Farrugia know about this) I was told the "WE FEEL" you are "disingenuous"................so boil that down! BIAS, BIAS, BIAS...............one can only be what one has come to learn themselves as if "AND ONLY IF MAYO CLINIC ADMINISTRATION SAYS IT IS OKAY WITH THEM". So as MAYO CLINIC preaches Diversity, Bias, and Unconscious Bias............they need to look into the mirror first. There are groups bidding on the rights for my story. You will learn about another Mayo Clinic #1.
