The same thing happened yesterday - the app said 'Device Offline' - and again it was restarting the router that worked. HTH someone.

The pioneer XD09 shouldn't even be associated with this mistake of support, Looking at the webpage that brought me here, I see I wasted my money on a good device with MEH support.
