Yall are great! 💯
I was in college 2.5 hours away. We’d drive to Epcot just to see this fantastic ensemble.
日本からです 最高です
I really miss the live performances at Disney. I wish I could have seen this group in person. Wonderful!
I remember when the Bushwackers did this tune in DCA ... RIP DCA (senior corps) ...
Castleman is from another planet.
EPCOT doesn't have a skyway. Did they perform at Magic Kingdom?
One of the best renditions I've heard...slightly faster than the record (the way I like it) and slower than MF did it live, slightly better in tune than the MF band tended to be, they didn't do the slow down like MF did (which I didn't particularly care for) AND while marching...in the HEAT!
Mark Freaking Zauss !!!
I assume all of these guys marched Drum Corps. Do any of them still play for Disney ?
EXCELLENT!!
An arrangement and a sound that stands the test of time here in 2024. Disney didn't fully understand the kind of talent they had with these guys. Just a fantastic drum corps.
The whole band is great and the trumpet section is unreal Mark Zauss is stellar
Markus Machinus !!!
What year is this from?
3:35 "Toasted testicle!"????
Just straight awesome!!
Now 25 years later. Pretty good sized crowd to listen . But as usual the unappreciative simpletons just passing by who can't be bothered to stop and listen.
This is my favorite composition of Pet Metheny....you all did it justice. Koudos!
anyone know what 3 or 4 songs did they play?
That düet LAWD
Mark Zauss…. Impeccable! Whose the other soprano soloist Dave? Dave Smith has chops also!
How could you not be impressed? And btw the music ain’t simple.
Did these guys march Madison?
I’m amazed at the sound these guys put out. They are blowing some serious air!
Giving Madison Scouts a run for the money.
Future Corps, the best...I really miss these guys.
Did that guy say "extra testicle" at the end?
Outstanding performance!
Something to be proud of.
Awesome. Thanks for sharing.
Loved seeing these guys back in the day, playing the Maynard and Chase stuff. Tomorrowland had a pretty hot group too if I recall.
Wow! Just Wow!
Terrific musicianship! I always loathe the absence of trombones in these DBC groups - but the mello's were clearly talented here (albeit too mellow).
Feel refreshed like after drinking coke !
That's gotta be Mark Zauss on lead there.
You nailed it!
Chills and goosebumps
Always had my corps jacket on......110 degrees.....ah.....who cares.
I was born in 1962 and grew up playing the trumpet.... Needless to say, Bill Chase was a HUGE influence on me. By the time I started high school, I was lead trumpet in everything from marching band, orchestra and , my favorite, jazz band. I can honestly say, you all absolutely and utterly KILLED IT in this performance.... Big KUDOS to the lead trumpet.... That brought back so many memories for me 🎺 🎶 👍
just imagine a 60-70 man hornline with those old bugles? a line talented as this would just blow people out of the grand stands during a drum corps show
so which drum corps did you guys all used to march with? I wish I had started my own corps back in the 80's 'cause we would still be using the g-bugles and doing everything the same like we did back in the 1970's
Mark Zauss I simply shake my head and laugh everytime I watch these videos. So beyond great….
I can’t but laugh… so effin good. Mark is the man, the comping isn’t bad either. 2:58 😳 c’mon is that legal?
I love how this video shows the example of how clean they are with articulations.
MF worthy
Zauss had the chops!
atill does!
MONO?? you gotta be kidding me
lol
I feel like half the views on this video have to have come from me over the years hahaha
That Horn sound is spot-on! Awesome !
wonder what this horn section, especially the sops, did what the blue devils sops did, was put valve oil in their horns.
Just insane. What I wouldn't give to have Disney bring FutureCorps back!
