An omelette is a dish you might order for breakfast or brunch- its kind of like a folded pancake made of beta egg, sometimes with the addition of vegetables, or meat. A good omelette is a little bit fluffy, but firm enough to contain its filling.
Ingredients:
1 egg
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp red chilli flakes
1/4 tsp cumin
1 or 2 green chillies
2 tsp cooking oil
Directions:
Take a pan add 2 tsp cooking oil then take a small bowl break the egg and whisking the egg well then add salt, 1/4 tsp red chilli flakes, 1/4 cumin, 2 green chillies mix it well and pour into fry pan cook 3 or 4 min on medium flame now your breakfast omelette is ready to eat.
