10,000 people evacuated and what a shocking discovery in that persons garden! So grateful it was safely disposed of. I admire the nerves of steel of the persons removing and transporting such an item away; thank goodness for them! Restless leg syndrome , we know a few people with this. Luckily, there are so many therapies for it now. My hubby took a magnesium supplement, which managed the symptoms for him. I know it’s different for everyone though, not a one size fits all solution. I hope you find a solution that works for you soon so you can sleep. This is a beautiful spread!

So beautiful. I have red hair with hazel eyes & my daughter has red hair with pretty blue eyes. I guess that’s a nod to our Scottish/Irish ancestry.😂

So pretty. The florals look like they’re getting ready for spring. I had restless leg syndrome as a side effect to medication. I’m not on it anymore so my legs are ok now. 😊

For the legs also check side effects of any other meds you are on. Thought I had restless leg and found out I was having a severe reaction to stating drugs (cholesterol meds)

Is your son interested in art? Sometimes they can use art as an outlet to express the emotions they are feeling
