There's benefits to both. Early in launch, I'm actually okay with it, cause it fully stops ramming griefers entirely, it's why No Contact races exist in racing games, cause if there's a rammer in a game, they aren't going to play where you can't ram. And what better place for rammers to go than places like NFSCO where people are certainly going to be, and they aren't going to get banned immediately for because no official support or reporting system. It's why cheaters infest older games, because then the community has to deal with them, and that's their goal.

@@hertzwave8001 we use dedicated servers. P2P is extremely unsafe and it should never be used in a serious networking layer

I don't think I've beaten the base game with a exotic because of how butt they are

@@garfhamvibes I always found them to be pretty strong. Especially if you get the one's that are a bit more nimble like the Gallardo or Carrera GT. They'll corner better than the likes of the 350z or Impreza and have plenty of top speed for long straights. They just struggle to live with Vipers and Corvettes in acceleration is all.

@@legitsniper24The GT was fine, but the Lamborghinis in Carbon were awful IMO. They look great, but Exotics were never my first choice.

@@legitsniper24 They also are very heavy around corners and tend to understeer, which is a deal breaker in game where acceleration with cornering are meta unlike in MW where it's all about speed and launch.

It's also lack of power, because Carbon's car classing system is stupid and because performance tuning is even more stupid. Skyline, just like Supra, in Carbon was gimped really badly. Other cars of the same tier can easily get better track times. Half of things in Carbon don't work properly when you look at the big picture. Power tuning for example is utter non-sense because torque and horsepower in tuning menu are switched. You also have such blunders like upgraded transmission gears being too long for most cars, which means you'll be slower than with stock transmission, or suspension making many cars aero significantly worse (which means the car will be potentially slower) like SLR McLaren or Impreza, you need to use stock suspension or you'll have worse track times.

It's because of the camera angle. It's absolute terrible

@Sa-ic8zd camera wasn't really my problem The overscoring opponents are (I know sounds like major skill issues)

@@Sa-ic8zd honestly i just change it to the close camera, it feels like the normal carbon drift cam which makes it miles easier to drift on

This is the vanilla game with the NFS Carbon Online mod installed, on PC. The mod adds some new cars and one of them is a Veyron you unlock through the reward cards.

What this young man said, the discord server for this mod can provide you with the game and a 100% save. Also the Veyron is absolute shit and handles like a muscle car that spent a night at diddys mansion.
