This product's disavantage is you can not reflect this nextion screen to any external lcd monitor. Imagine that you can reflect this screen to any other larger screen and control it via a mouse.

Hlo Electrogain, I'm working on a project in which we have play and pause button on nextion display and 1 external button for the same function, and the function is to start the timer when play button is pressed as visa versa So, is it possible to start the timer of play button as soon as I start that external button.

So here's the thing. With this method, using - dim - when the display is power cycled (or reset) the screen will return brightness to its default level. To retain a new setting, what can be done is in the "Release" tab, add the code dims=dim or you can add dims=h0.val But for clarity, you ONLY want to put THAT code in the release tab, not in the move tab! You don't want to constantly write to dims as you move the slider. There are so many times you can do that before problems can happen. Another option, is you COULD add a "Save" button that you only click if you want to Save the new brightness level so that when the display is power cycled or reset, brightness will be at the last saved setting (which would be the new "default" value). I'm totally addicted to Nextion displays. They really are excellent and the ability to build total apps/code right inside the display is amazing as it takes a lot of the work away from the device it's connected to. LOVE THESE!
B Level is not saving in this code. If you want the feature we can use nextion eeprom
@@Electrogain I already explained how to save the B level in my comment. I did that to help others who may want to save it to do it right. dims is the function to SAVE as new default. I've been a Nextion users for y ears and do a lot of coding right on the displays.

@@Electrogain Actually I want to scheduling in between the lights like if we are giving the timing like from 01:00:00 to 02:00:00. Its means in between this timing light should be turn ON and after that or before that should be OFF. The one which you sent there we are giving only time for how much time we want. But i want like for Monday to Friday timing should be 9am to 3pm or on saturday sunday has to be off for all lights. We are using Arduino UNO to control all these things. I am new to this thing so I don't know how to start. Please help. And also i wanted to SET , CLEAR , Timing schedule format, How can i design this process? For the given GUI design , I want to set a time schedule format from 9 am to 3 pm . But i am not able to SET , RESET my time in EEPROM Nextion display So how can i do this task , please help me ?
