This weekend sees the return of the amazing WinterStorm Rock Festival in Troon. Maureen Leonard, Chair of the Troon Development Trust, spoke with Ian McCaig, the festival oganisor to find out more about this hugely successful event.

It's people like you, Richard, (sorry but it's true) who perpetuate conflict and make the world less safe. And Remembrance is NOT a tribute to the British Empire which is guilty of many sins. It is a Christian heartfelt tribute to all the individual people who died in horror and pain. And before you round on me, my daughter was a standard bearer there in view at the Cenotaph and the service made me cry, like now as I type. My great grandfather, Cara's great great grandfather fought in Belgium in WWI 😢
