Spit, or wet the whacky tool to make it slide better. Weird those O rings, you can not find them with that hook loop. I just use 2 standard O-rings and X install them to keep the bait from tearing easily. You can hook the hook forward to aft, or one of the 2 sides. The little tube tool is handed, I thought at first just another something that would take up space.

Hendricks is a small cottage company. The frogs are decent, I like Hendricks Fishing. I don't recall hot glue on mine. As I recall, they have a water weep hole. I got it back when Hendricks Fishing had subscription boxes. This isn't a bad box. I'm glad you do Gold reviews, Gold, Silver, Multiple Species reviews have dropped off the radar.

The Tanto pierces and slashes more effectively than a clip point. I tested clip points and tantos on car hoods and the tanto's perform the best. Tanto's are sufficient for your every day tasks such as batoning and cutting meat etc but the clip point is better when it comes to your common backwoods tasks. Tanto was developed as purely a fighting knife. Appreciate u sharing your video.

MB lost their bag manufacturer during Covid. I priced a similarly bag st8 from China it was $7 and some change. So my guess is they found a reasonable bulk supplier for the plastic bags again. I use them just to stuff plastic bait in for storage. The more you get, the more you can organize them. I throw the bags into a cardboard box with a lid. There is just so much one can carry to the water hole. No fan of that frog, nor brand. It's good to see a MB review again, most have disappeared.

Headbanger Rocker Head sounds like a mixed bar drink. The oddest thing I have ever gotten in another subscription box was a crank bait with Kosher large salt heavily embedded in the top coat on the back of the lure. It, unlike what the reviewers posted, wasn't for taste. Was done according to the maker, to create nooks and crannies to apply fish scent, to last longer, to create micro bubbles, and water disturbance. Need to get these two together, attaching the rocker head to the koshered lure. 😮😅

Two hooks in each pack is a waste of time and plastic. Time for this company need to get a grip on wasting of paking. More shit in the wasteland of garbage 🗑️ don't like that 🤔 cheeper stuff can get more hooks then plastic packages 😮 to much gimmick stuff out there for me more then half don't get used for fishing but one time and off to the next bait to use. Just thinking about one in the tackle box and one not.

These boxes are just over stock now so this Ukrainian bait has probably been over here since before the war started also it’s not the entire country at war mainly the eastern parts also most of the money we are sending is more than likely going into the corrupt pockets of our government so they need money in every way possible

I agree with what you’re saying with all the packaging. If more plastic is introduced, even if not intentionally thrown on the floor, there’s a higher chance of it getting in the water.

Can I have the discarded MB box? 😊 I'm glad you kept the Thunderhawk Grenades, they have Z-man stretching vibe. I like the Thunderhawk Grunt jig. I think it may have a rubber or rubber mix skirt, as i recall. I didn't see it come up, though. It came with the grenade bait. Have you tried a Dark Horse Tackle box? Man, trim those frog legs. January's box is all Z-man. There is too much rotten weather here to be outside, guessing it's why you are doing tackle housecleaning?

My BFS is Tsurinoya Genius reel + Tsurinoya Elf C822L, these are budget cheap rods and reel. For me its better to spend the money saved and grab like an 8X braid around 6-10lbs, they are thinner diameter, better casting distance especially with lighter than 1/8 oz lure.

I am K.I.S.S with bfs i have a kastking zephyr paired with a sougayilang model 602ul rod with 6lb mono .it is great for 1/16oz zman flashback, 1/16oz spinnerbaits and 1/8oz crankbaits

I've just started BFS fishing. Went less expensive with a Dark Wolf Ultra reel and a Ace Hawk Venom rod. Thanks for sharing your thoughts.
