Mostly retro-gaming, mostly... because my computer is a potato & so am I!!
This channel has a bit of everything I like, such as science fiction, retro games from around the late 90's early 2000's, etc.
Specs for my potato computer: Intel i5-2400 CPU 3.10GHz 8.00 GB RAM, Intel HD integrated graphics. DirectX 9c max, & anything "shader" doesn't work. If my computer can run it, then likely so can yours.
If anyone wants me to try a game in particular, it's best if it's on GOG & keep the specs above in mind. Hopefully someday I might have a proper gaming computer; right now, I have a potato & I can barely afford food. So, help if you want to donate, my crashapp is $PsiCorps85

In most RPGs, it's usually a good idea to do more side quests and level things up BEFORE going through the next step of the main questline, otherwise it's like... how many ships of your own would you like to be well done or even... wait for it... EXTRA CRISPY?! ;p Not super fascinating, I know, but each side quest is part of the process, and part of my authentic potato gameplay. Hopefully some ...

I'm not very good at it, but that's a theme in life. -_- Sorry for the background noise, over here in my sister's main house my brother-in-law constantly watches TV a 500dB every moment of every day. Either way, I'm sure the game would be more fun for those better at it. Unfortunately, I'm not. Yay. Well, BTW, now we've all lost the game!!! ;p

At least I think I had tried to make a video about it previously, though I don't recall if it was so bad I didn't bother processing it or if I still did anyways just to not completely waste my effort despite my lousy system. Here's my first video made on my new laptop, which my sister gave me as an early birthday present. It overheats a fair bit, but it has better specs than my refurbished work...

Well, not as difficult with the long range entropy device, though I guess I didn't need to waste the torpedoes on the turret mount that didn't change on the sonar/radar after the turret was gone. Beware though the last batch right by the mothership.

So yeah, IDK if I'll do much in Dublin sector as the difficulty levels look a slight bit much for now; so probably next time I'll just go back to the London systems before my ship goes crispy!

@@nunoforever not a problem, & I could use a break from editing out empty spaces & "ums" anyways. I was going to watch some more of the show Tremors (they actually made a TV show based on the films!), but eh I can do that later.
@@PsiCorps85 We are from Portugal were are 10 am. I didn't know there was a series based on Tremors. I remember watching a horror movie with that name.
@@nunoforever that's cool, navigation was developed there IIRC. Yep, a few movies of Tremors have been made now, with one even being a western with Bert's great grandfather being completely different at the start. The show I've only seen a couple episodes of, but it's mostly the same tone as the early films of the series.
I love this game
Remember playing this back in the days, spent unhealthy amount of time on this game it was simply amazing
I played a bit more of Generals Zero Hour back around when this was out, my ex-wife (who I was married to at the time) was unthrilled by like Dasha and the other actresses in the game's cutscenes. She didn't have complaints about me fighting Dr. Thrax or the other generals in the Generals' Challenge though.

Is your voice different?
Different microphone, used a headset this time, though I think the wires may be broken in parts so that's perhaps why it occasionally cuts out. The one I normally have used in most videos is a USB mic, a PerryCom that was like seven bucks when I bought it a couple years ago. I might see about using the USB one on the laptop, though I zip-tied most of the wires on my desktop to make it more orderly and I'd need to undo that to free it for use with the laptop. But yeah, my voice should be the same still; it's just the recording device.

Thank you. It's not quite a gaming computer, but it's at least able to do a bit more than my desktop that seems to be freezing more often. So, yay for still being able to get stuff done at the very least.
