The funny part also is they said over q thousand cases lmfao 😂 more like 2500-3500 cases a day 14hrs 6 days or 12hr 6 days then you get wack ass days off Saturday or some random day of the week
Fuck Pepsi lmfao 😂 they took 7 years of my life definitely a downfall in my life end up with back problems and had to do 20-30 hrs of overtime every week and that's not including the fighting and drama there, management fxckin is shit. No work life balance especially if you have a family and kids.
Its a easy job and good paid who ever is out here complaining and crying there just lazy workers or fat overweight out of shape..this job its the easiest comparing it to any other high brand company's for distribution centers

🤣 most the time the store is responsible for what they sell it for they have to make money they already bought the product to sell but if they hiking to high some line will usually say something
Is there a minimum of work you have to reach or just whatever was dropped off by the driver in pallets
you just gotta make the store look good, it’s very loose. i usually will work really really hard the first day of the week, 12-14 hours and then the rest of the week i just cruise through it.

My pepsi warehouse has many felons and gang affiliated people. Tbh, all of them are great people to work with. I'm a nerd, unaffiliated with any gangs or no criminal background, but these people are great workers, and I see it daily. But yea, it may depend on facility to facility. Most of them won't fight unless you start shit, because at the end of the day, most don't want to lose their job over altercations, but they're not punks either.
They need to remake this video lol because the first guy quit pepsi. Some of the other guys that were talking got fired lmao.

Do order selectors get bonuses if they pick over their rates? Example say you need to pick at 90% but you picked say 110% do you get bonus pay for that?
Yes you do you get a monthly bonus of around 200-400$

@@rle1111 We got it easy now dude, but I know exactly what you’re saying I used to have 4 stores a day, 3 trucks Tuesdays and Thursdays but you probably had it worse than I did.im just thankful Gatorade came along because now every route is 2 or 3 stores

@@tomtasticsvideos9512 You’re right but also I’m fast, I don’t mess around but I’m also neat and ocd about my self. It’s just finding a balance. Last summer I was putting out 100+ cases of gators a day and still getting done earlier than I was when I had 4 stores. We will see how this summer is, my shelf space got cut in half

Why do they wrap the jacks?
The Pepsi facility I worked at had strong seniority environment. So the people that been there longer can have their own jacks. I am guessing it was marker to tell the new guys to not touch them. I have seen some of them painted.
@@xyero4399 interesting, jacks are given out on a seniority basis at my facility too. Never thought about that though
Tbh it’s because the pallet jacks is fallen apart and the shrink wrap holds it up lmao! Vegas got jacked up equipment they just put a band aid on things instead of actually fixing it.

I’ve worked for Pepsi for 7 years don’t let them fool you, ever since they took over Gatorade they work you like a dog. Management is also terrible, ass kissers. They will take any stores side over yours.
