Hi, I have an error in Hosonsoft that says "x motor position error (grating position and pulse position error are too large" This happens after about 2 hours of printing and after a knocking noise. Any ideas

Their on screen interface needs a lot of work. After hitting ok it just stays on the same screen. There is no confirmation that calibration is complete. Kinda like this video cuts off too. Struggling yo calibrate my machine and I can’t help but wonder if the calibration simply hasnt took.

After installing the riser base, how the hell am I supposed to use the laser now? It won't measure the distance, because everything that I want to cut/engrave is sitting too low.

The riser you sent me does not have the ability to screw the base on the bottom. Please update the video! (there are no screw plates as shown on it's bottom). This one does net even have the passthrough panels.

Hi we have this exact model and still on a learning curve - the first rounds of prints have been great but we are now finding minor scratches on the prints - any advice? Looks like it happens when the prints go through the dryer perhaps?

What version of software is this using? I do not have a burn mark at level 1 and no buttons to move closer to the first mirrors. I am not using the V2 Beta software since none of the tutorials I've found show this software
