Moka Pot The Italian Classic
Often this coffee brewer is just left and forgotten in a cupboard somewhere in your home. Let's give this Italian classic the appreciation it deserves and learn how to brew good coffee with it.
1. Weigh 20g coffee
2. Medium Grind
3. Fill bottom chamber with water just below the valve.
4. Place coffee in the filter and flatten evenly. Do not press down.
5. Screw in the top chamber
6. Place on stove and wait.

You can use a finer grind size to extract more sweetness but be sure to adjust your pouring technique as well.

That bloom was very gassy! We usually go with two pours, but I'd be very intrigued to experiment with doing a 4th pour. Thanks for sharing!
