I definitely understand what you are feeling. There is family history on my dad side with bipolar and depression. Lean heavily in Jesus during this time of the year. We need to hold on so tight that our life depends on it. Because our life’s depends on him. I will be praying 🙏🏼 for you especially loneliness you are experiencing.
