Preach. I went to the military for 4 years. Cut off all contact and had to go through all the wrong things I did, other people did to me and how I reacted. All the bottled up hate. After a while you learnt that everything is not white and black, it's actually grey. I read self help book, I introspect , I judge and question the feelings I felt and what I went through. Then you truly find yourself and understand that whatever happen now you will be able to conquer because all you really need is yourself. Good luck to you all and stay positive !!
