@tuoritto he rarely gets into talents in those videos, which he even states in Deckard video guide, but in the very same video he talks about some of Deckard's talents. He also mentions Nova's bribe in the Nova video guide. Just the two examples from the top of my head, so definitely not "never" ;p Not want to complain or anything, it's just something to discuss. The talent is imo the most distinctive part of her kit compared to other assassins and is actually pretty strong, despite its low pick rate. I'm more of a Let Them Wither guy and pick Lunara on those maps which favour playing her, but there are drafts when I pick Lunara just for Abolish Magic. Lunara also has a lot of great and versatile talents that allows her to adapt to the match.

To be fair, her builds are fairly simple, although you have a lot of variations if you want to have it. You have two main builds: NA/poison spread or Q nuke. Former is good to pressure healers and can be especially good into some low-sustain comps (say, they only have Rehgar as heal and otherwise a bunch of squishies who also have little to no self-sustain). Q build is generally the better one as it actually makes her damage... Not fake, even if it's only on her Qs and still requires setup The lvl 1 talent kinda doesn't matter too much: you default to revealing poison unless the enemies have stealth heroes or gank a lot, then you can go wisp upgrade (although it's generally not bad either). The movement speed one is only good if you're forced to soak as Lunara, which... Shouldn't happen. Lvl 4 talent, you go NA for NA build and Q for Q build. Do keep in mind that you can switch those around, they aren't essential technically. If you go Q talent with NAs, you'll basically get instant 9 seconds of poison on your targets, so better poke, but the NA one is far better for siege, or if you lane from time to time, or if you do camps (without it her PvE damage is pretty sad). Do note that the PvE damage includes objective fights, which makes her really good on BoE, for example. The healing lvl 4 is abysmal healing numbers, I would recommend against it even if you're playing a no heal QP game Lvl 7 is the build-defining one. Splintered for NAs, and this is where the lvl 4 PvE damage also shines. This allows you to effectively poison the entire enemy team in a prolonged fight, which can drain the healer's resources and, honestly, attention much faster than they'd prefer. Obviously suffers a lot if you play against someone with a lot of AoE heals, like BW, Lucio, or even Alexstraza. The choking pollen one is the talent that actually makes her deal real damage, but it requires you to play slightly differently - you want to get the target to 3 stacks first, then they go boom. The one that makes your NAs deal more damage is deceptively bad. You think it'd be helpful on NA build, but the spread just does more in numbers, and in value both. The increased NA damage can be helpful for some breakpoints, maybe, but at that point you should just go Q nuke anyway. Lvl 10 is described in the video Lvl 13 doesn't exactly have a Q talent. You go Let Them Wither for NA, and it's helpful in Q build do, good talent, especially with a certain lvl 16 one. Now, Abolish Magic is a really unique one, though. Pretty sure it makes Lunara the only damage hero who can cleanse allies - and Chromie's time stop doesn't count :). It's really good, but only when you'll be using it. It cleanses both you and your target, so you can effectively free two people from something like Mephisto's rooting ult. Also it removed any DoT effects, such as Lunara's own poison (in ARAM if you run into her), Gul'dan, Murky's pufferfish talent poison, even some more special effects like KT's living bomb (pretty sure it removed that entirely). If you need cleanses, very good talent, and can have some interesting applications against other forms of DoT. Oh and spell shield is good against high spell burst teams (think KT, Jaina, that kinda stuff). Ideally you'd have to micromanage that, though, so keep that in mind. Lvl 16 you go Accelerated in Q build, and otherwise it's Unfair Advantage sweep. Unfair Advantage is really good because your W slows targets, which activates the damage bonus, not mentioning the potential team synergy. It also pairs beautifully with Let Them Wither on 13. Have never touched Invigorating Spores, but it might be helpful in a very specific scenario when the enemy has a really tanky, well, tank (or frontline overall), primarily Garrosh or Diablo, but your team forgot to take any % damage. Otherwise not worth looking into. It's pretty hard to keep attacking targets at 3 stacks consistently so you won't get a lot of value out of this, I feel. Star Wood can be helpful especially as you learn her or when you REALLY need to keep your distance (which to be fair is always), but it doesn't provide any offensive bonuses directly, so other talents become increasingly better here as you become more comfortable with playing Lunara. Can still be helpful, but Accelerated/Unfair seem too good to pass most of the time. Lvl 20 is weird, since your only real option Intensifying Toxin. It actually makes her damage somewhat real again, especially on the NA build and if you have Unfair Advantage. The thornwood upgrade isn't very worth I feel, although the vision can be all right (but just use your wisp if you need more vision?). Leaping is a good pick if you struggle with positioning, and it'll also allow riskier plays, while also a more consistent proc of its slow for Unfair Advantage value - but Intensifying just does more damage anyway. Galloping can be fun for chasing and a good escape tool, and it's really funny how she starts jumping with it, but I don't think it's a particularly good talent (again, because of the Intensifying Toxin competition. On its own, pretty good talent)

TL,DR: You go Q build with Q on 4 and 7 (Choking Pollen), 13 is Wither or Abolish Magic (if you're comfortable with it), 16 is also Q, 20 is Intensifying Toxin. Better build for actual nuking and killing targets. You go NA build as a slightly less skill-intensive one with a focus on applying a bunch of pressure to multiple people with Culling on 4, Splintered on 7, Wither/Abolish on 13, Unfair on 16, Intensifying on 20. Other talents can be worth exploring with either build, but I'd highly recommend staying away from Siphoning on 4 and Vigor on 7. Lvl 1 is largely irrelevant, default is revealing for either build, wisp is good against stealthy heroes. Sorry for being so wordy 😅
