Luxembourg life is very expensive esp rent.Neverthless transport is free.

Tirana is not perfect. But it has a very good vibe! A very welcoming city. Albanians are very helpful and generous. And they love to plant trees almost everywhere, it's a joy to walk many of Tirana's streets!

Tirana is good for low cost weekend trips. The outskirts of the city are still under development so there is construction everywhere.

A great video of what looks a most fascinating city.

What a change in Tirana ! But it's time to work on the air quality which is very poor (it's one of the most polluted cities in Europe...)
