We had a dinner at the restaurant to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Ping Pong Diplomacy. Grand Dynasty Seafood is an amazing top shelf experience. Elegant surroundings, gourmet chinese food, great service. Some of my favorite dishes: cold platter with roast pork, char siu and jellyfish, abalone with bok choy, succulent smoked duck, and lobster noodles. If you are planning a dinner to celebrate a special ocassion, this is the restaurant

I would really recommend you try sushi 🍱 🍣! Any place that is good and you should order bento box, edamame, salmon and the soup (idk what the name of it is I forgot)!

"Sashimi" IS the TRADITIONAL PROTEIN in a prosperity salad, that is why it is a part of that salad instead of another type of protein.
We are aware of that but thank you for commenting about it. We know that it is traditional and all we were saying was that we personally, did not like how it tasted! It is easily okay for others to enjoy the dish but we just didn’t like it as much! And since it is traditional, we weren’t trying to change the dish at all and just were saying our opinion on the flavor of the dish. We apologize if this was disrespectful in any way and we hope this cleared it up.

Since I'm familiar with the tradition of New Year's Prosperity salads and you linked this TH-cam review on your Yelp review, I just thought I'd take a second to swing by and clarify why the salad contained raw fish.
