I find myself in the chiltern hills on a landscape photography session, in the hope of a sunrise, little did I know what was about to unfold! One of the best mornings out I have had in a while, Ivinghoe beacon looking the best I have ever seen. Followed by a walk around the beautiful Ashridge estate in the Hertfordshire countryside, capturing the frozen landscape.

After calling it a day on day 4 due to the insane cold weather front from the north, I was back on the trail a few days later. The weather was warmer "just" but held off enough for me to make the last 19 miles of the trip enjoyable. My journey on the Ridgeway national trail has been nothing short of epic, what better way to see the Chiltern Hills than to walk them , wild camping along the way!

Day 4 and the the cold weather front moved in from the north as expected, with bitterly cold temperatures, I made my way from Goring to Princes Risborough along the Ridgeway National trail.
