I think people forget that a big reason as to why we don't have a tipping culture here is because we are all severely underpaid. An engineer on a 30k salary here would get paid over 100k in the states for the same job

Interesting insight to the digital playground required to make a successful business. I am curious to see if all industries have the same level of success as Sam the man has had with his. Our area of manufacturing appears to be difficult to utilise such technology to gain much, if any traction from web related options- is this just old fashioned methods not wanting to embrace tech, or is it simply 'horses for courses' as they say?
