“Baby” a quartet improvisation. My typical methodology is at play here. Art from limitation. A limit on time, space, temperature and tech. The music was very clear in my head prior to set-up but gradually lost by the time I began playing. The original idea completely disappeared. In the middle and end of the piece I became lost. What you get to see is me struggling with recalling the muse as it dissipates into the ether. You may notice, on the digital instruments - sometimes I play but there’s no sound. This is due to easily being able to edit unwanted notes on those instruments. Not as easy to edit analog instruments. This being restricted to a one day production means flying by the seat of my panties. One take minimal editing then post. The ver on bandlab is mastered but, I can’t hear much of a difference.
