I personally don't like hearing the intake sound. I love a good exhaust note. I'm planning on using the same tape but in silver color to wrap the stock intake tube and box. I'm going to drive the car without the tape and then temp gun the inside of the intake tube. Then tape everything up and drive it again for the same distance and time. I will next get the new temp of inside of taped tube and see how much the temp drops. I hope for a 5% improvement or 10+ degrees change.

Hey bro one suggestion I recommend highly recommend is getting a couple cans of Restoric engine restore but get the one for 4 cylinders it reduces oil consumption practically stops it I use it for my 2020 Kia optima and it stop burning oil literally stopped it, and instant didn’t get it at Napa or O’Reilly’s but get a couple cans and use it every two weeks until you see it stop falling low that stuff works wonders better than I thought. 😅 But don’t worry I will be getting out of my price of crap Kia 😂😂and be getting a 2009 Honda Accord Exl 2.4L and I too will be using the Restoric engine restore myself

What did u have to do to install crankcase filter

Numero Uno = replace the 9v battery in that smoke detector.............Numero Dos = the thing with wearing a hoodie indoors, or while you're driving your car is over and done with......

Actually these cold air intakes don’t make more power they actually make less power than the factory intake. There’s a whole video dedicated to debunking cold air intakes I watched a few months ago.
