NEVER use "COOKING Wine"

Good recipe but in the instructions you say to add wine and chicken broth to the butter and flour mixture then you say to add the garlic cooking the mixture then to add wine chicken broth. I think you mean just to add it the one time after the garlic is added to the butter and flour mixture once it's been cooked for a little.

Not bad chef but I would recommend a julienne cut on your zucchini, would go better with your spaghetti. Just tip them, cut them about 2.5 inches/ 3 inches long then cut them in half or quarter them horizontally then just make cuts based on your preference or pasta thickness. Have a good day!
