Yes, buy there is a huge difference between the Kim sisters in the late 50s and KPop boy bands now. Modern KPop is mostly only singing and dance. Not musical talent at all.! These modern metro-sexual boys can't hold a candle to the Kim Sisters.!!!

the Kim Sisters did not bring K-Pop music to the US, their act was like many in that time, popular music in the USA that was appreciated all over. K-Pop happened with boy groups in the past. Sorry.

I don't think the venue is hot. Because Baguio is the coldest city of the Philippines. It's a city with a high altitude of 1470 meters above sea level so the oxygen level there is thin and if you're not used to the environment you'll get easily exhausted specially they we're performing. So I think they feel hot cause they not used to the environment. As you can see Colet said "I couldn't believe it was so hot in Baguio" cause Baguio City known for cold weather.

VCHA is NOT a global group. It's an AMERICAN Group. JYP will have 3 diffrent Groups A2K (VCHA) L2K (his Latin American Group) And E2K (His european Group) He got Trademarks for E2K and L2K. That's why he only has americans in VCHA.

Because you made a note on the video but just to clarify since Chapter 1 wasn't very specific about it: Aiah didn't come in when there was only 8 of them (there was about I think 11-12ish girls, off the top of my head), she joined very late compared to the others and is technically the last from the _official_ line up to join. There were actually one or two others after Aiah that joined but they didn't make the lineup. She still had to fight to stay in, that's why she was very discouraged at first about not being a dancer or a singer. Everyone who got eliminated had an advantage over her, but she persevered and made that final lineup. When they were down to 8 trainees, they knew how the coaches' ideals were a 7 or 5 member group (odd numbers are VERY ideal for choreo reasons), but the coaches knew they couldn't eliminate anymore when all 8 of them were finally exactly what they were looking for.

Hi sorry this is a bit of a nitpick but it’s actually really important. Bisaya is not a dialect it’s a language. When people call languages that aren’t Filipino (Standardized Tagalog) dialects it creates this false hierarchy that perpetuates Tagalog-centrism. I know you don’t mean any hate by this but please just call Bisaya or Ilokano or any other Philippine Languages that isn’t Filipino, Languages not dialects.

Regarding their Korean training, i personally didn't feel it was necessary to specifically bring in koreans. the cultural differences between filipino and korean is big, like that dieting thing for example, filipinos aren't as focused on that and as you mentioned, the girls were already fine weight wise. the diet among other things i felt it put unnecessary stress on the girls as they stated when they said it almost made them quit. Sheena said it made their choreo better but filipino dance crews have been consistently taking 1st place in group dance competitions globally. I think the management could've brought in top expert filipino dance trainers to help them and it would've been easier on everyone.

they're unapologetically funny, the don't restrain themselves from being real on and off cam, they know the limits but sometimes they tend to cross that line and still be hilarious as hell. glad their management just lets them be themselves. that's one of the selling factors of bini aside from their undeniable talents and oozing charisma.
