These Potatoes Take on NYC!!!!
มุมมอง 46511 หลายเดือนก่อน
Rainee and Nelson, two spuds hailing from the great state of Idaho, invade the streets of the city that never sleeps! They are commemorating a decade of love that first sprouted on the east coast. WE ❤️ NEW YORK CITY.
WE WENT GEOCACHING (and we still don't know what it is)
มุมมอง 364ปีที่แล้ว
Have you ever wondered what in the actual hell geocaching is? Well, curiosity got the best of our little puzzle solving asses, so we gave it a try. We met a fun stranger, climbed a couple trees, got some dirty looks from a curious local, and walked away with more questions than we started with. It was a great day in the wild.
Picking up a Troopy Gone Wrong
มุมมอง 1.4Kปีที่แล้ว
The long awaited pickup of our imported FJ75 Toyota Land Cruiser Troop Carrier didn't quite work out the way we had hoped. We didn't even make it down the street. After a stressful 3 hours on the side of the road and some tire kicking, we figured out a better solution. The reassurance of its actual existence still has us excited to get this thing whipped into shape and ready to kick some ass.
Sweat, Soak, Saw, Repeat
มุมมอง 271ปีที่แล้ว
This week we get sweaty, crafty, and wet. It's been too long since we've strapped up and enjoyed the sports of our childhoods. So we figured it was time to nut up and smack down. As summer closes in, we've been craving a good swim before the hot springs of Idaho are too hot to handle. There ain't nothing better than a good ol' sulfur soak at Lava Hot Springs. But all that swimming had us turned...
Summer Is for Falling in Love

Picnics, shooting, tennis, froyo, and evening walks... We are ready for SUMMER!!!
WE NEVER WANT TO LEAVE PALMETTO BLUFF
มุมมอง 269ปีที่แล้ว
What a week! If you haven't been to Beaufort, South Carolina you better get your ass down there for some seafood, full throttle Civil War immersion, and an all around Lowcountry good time. From the beach to the bayonets of our forefathers there are more memories in one block of that town than every late night Denny's west of the Mississippi! We also got lucky enough to walk past Jordan Spieth, ...
Palmetto Bluff Let Us Through the Gate
มุมมอง 778ปีที่แล้ว
After driving a mere 2,200 miles we arrived in Palmetto Bluff! We spent Easter weekend with friends and family, soaking up the sun from Bluffton to Savannah. The food is sensational and the history is second to none. Maybe it's time we moved to the Lowcountry.
Bus Goes Into Hibernation
มุมมอง 143ปีที่แล้ว
We limped the bus back to Idaho from Arizona. There was laundry to do, bags to pack, snacks to prepare, banjos to play, and some cleaning to do because we're going to South Carolina. The huskies were happy to see some snow, but we're ready for that southern humidity and warm temperatures. We're headed for the coast!
What's Wrong With Our Bus?!
มุมมอง 123ปีที่แล้ว
We finally left Lake Havasu! Only to be greeted by breakdowns and snowstorms in Utah and Idaho. Our spirits remain high as we plan for our next big road trip back east.
WHAT ARE WE DOING
มุมมอง 1.8Kปีที่แล้ว
Our stay in Lake Havasu is coming to an end. We're sad to go but this has easily become one of our favorite places! We've soaked up the sun on the paddle boards, roamed the desert with the huskies, spent a lot of time around the London Bridge, and met so many great people living on the road.
we are the wards
มุมมอง 127ปีที่แล้ว
We've been in Lake Havasu with our bus for 25 days now. The longer we stay the more we love it! Hikes around the desert with our huskies and walks around the city with the locals have become routine. Everyone here is so nice. We finally paddle boarded under the London Bridge!

A Fresh Start
มุมมอง 67ปีที่แล้ว
Wrapping up a year of travel, dogs, food, living out of a bus, visiting family, taking risks, and making plenty of memories. Enjoy!
A&W Canada split off from the main A&W company a long time ago and it also has more locations than the US/international version.
Best root beer on the planet.
You are suppose to have a scoop of vanilla ice cream in the Root Beer. A Root Beer Float. That's classic A&W.
His quick draw McGraw reaction on yhst burger is sending me 😂
There’s just something about a bacon and egger that is just plain enjoyment
"Canadians will be like, 'it's much more than that!'" It is exactly those 3 ingredients, yet it IS much more than that
Depends on the location, sadly the A&W near me in NE Calgary is mid, we got a Kurger Bing in the central Calgary, that is the only one in Canada I tried, that wasn't half cold and drenched in grease, same doesn't apply to a Kurger Bing a block South of it.
After getting sick for 9 days (stomach flu) and missing all my family christmases from an A&W burger I stopped going to these low quality restaurants forever
Missing Christmas sounds like so much relieved stress. You do you though 😔
@@amazingmrpig6369 Not for me. I have an amazing family on both sides. Not everyone is lucky. Nothing good comes from being that vio, lently ill.
I’m a simp for A&W 😂😂😂 I’d promote the crap outta them for free for the simple fact that their food is amazing! They’re my favourite fast food place and I had no idea there was a quality difference between the US & Canada for A&W but hey, happy to be were it’s better 😂😂
the cheddar bacon uncle burger is 😔👌
A&w is from Canada
Always blows my mind when Americans try poutine for the first time and are surprised. It's fries, gravy and cheese! I'm surprised it wasn't invented in the US to begin with.
you guys are damn precious, love the videos :)
Not sure why the algorithm wanted me to see this two years later, but glad you two had a good time in the Canadian A&W. Poutine is such a simple dish that is so good and also slots really well into almost any fast food menu. I really don't know why other countries aren't hoping onboard.
Didn't even know there was A&W in America.
There's a reason why A&W is the largest fast food burger chain in Canada.
as old as this video is i honestly think u guys could make a great food review channel, like i see that you guys do a lot of traveling so as a suggestion try to stop at places along the way and review them! honeslty this was very wholsome content that doesnt really exsit anymore. Wend's has got breakfast and i saw u guys talking about the A&W breakfast maybe that could be a starting point. just an idea but keep up the great content!
You really need to try a poutine at a poutinery or place specifically geared to poutine. You might find a food truck specializing in them. In the Maritime provinces, probably seasonal, there is something called a lobster poutine that I would love to try.
I remember when they brought a tray to hook onto your window, and they took orders from your car.
It's not more than that. Poutine is exactly fries, cheese curds, and gravy!! And deliciousness!! 😋🇨🇦
My favourite goto restaurant. I order an uncle burger with cheese and bacon. Try the onion rings too!
They also have these frozen root beer like... slushies. And they absolutely fuck.
Do Americans not have poutine?
the joy at having their fiest poutine and a decent fast food burger is really just so pure. and yeah, that wasn't GREAT poutine by any means, but it's about average quality for a fast food poutine. All it should be is fries, cheese curdes and gravy, but you can get way better quality and fresher cheese, better fries and better gravy. a really great poutine will simply be made from better ingredients.
Lol, her mug is so cold she had to us her sleeve to grab the handle.
Their chicken strips are also excellent.
A. Ben Dubbleyew runs a fine establishment in Canada.
A&W is fucking expensive now.
You're listing my favorite things on a burger and saying you'd normally go without those. I'm like, "Leave 'em on! Leave 'em on!" Glad you did. I'm not a big fast food person, but A&W's alright in my books.
That is the burger family. There is a family of different burgers.
Canadian beef is also a higher quality than American beef as we don't really use a feedlot system up here. Our beef is largely raised in pasture with minimal (if any) hormone and antibiotic use so cattle develop as they're naturally supposed to.
I dated this girl online in the states, I asked her about A&W, and she didn't even know it was a restaurant. She just thought it was a root beer brand. When I drove down to meet her, I stopped in an A&W to get directions to the dive bar she worked at, and she worked across the street from the A&W. It's jarring as a Canadian to walk into an American A&W and see how generic it is.
Steps unclear, morphed into a crustacean instead
Taking bacon and cheese out of your burger is almost a crime
who doesnt like cheese on a burger?
Funny because i and a lot of my canadian friends feel that A&W has gone downhill these past ten years or so. So it used to be even better than it already is.
A&w will always be the best fast food! McDonalds is over priced garbage and burger king should be called burger janitor
Damn it's 2:30am and this is making me hungry, good thing they're open 24hr... lol
Well this was wildly wholesome.
nah dude you nailed it. that be what poutine is.
Best thing about the in restaurant experience at a Canadian A&W is the frosted mugs for the Root beer. It just hits different. A&W is the only fast food I prefer to eat at the restaurant as opposed to take out. My wife loves their Onion Rings.
A&W Breakfast is absolutely amazing for a fast food restaurant
thanks for visiting
Don't like A and W. But the girl's fine
A&W is one of the best fast food burger restaurants in Canada, the only one that even comes close is maybe Wendy's.
2:25 I have them leave off the mayo you don't need it. The burger is better without it anyway. It makes the burgers way to messy.
Michigan's is better. Their chili cheese fries are the best and the double bacon cheeseburger.
the breakfast is super good, such a life saver if you hungry early in the morning and driving long distance
Teen burger and fries. Fantastic.
Never buy fast food poutine, it's always disappointing and sometimes pretty awful. You really have to go to a diner in Quebec to get the real thing.
