hi @@FrankleeAstar I just joined 4 piece's of A4 paper together and drew the sketch onto it. Yes I did collect the wood myself and kept it in my shed for about a month so it could dry out and no creepy crawlies were on it. Hope you have a fantastic weekend xx

Im so sorry I've just seen your comment, I do apologise. Yes the little pillow is still under there and not sagging at all. I'm trying to get a few more years out of the couch as the leather on the couch is still good. Hopefully 5 more years fingers crossed 😀

Did you put the thin piece of thin cardboard on top of the plastic bag to stop your kitten ripping the bag. I hope this helps you Samael

@@handy_emma in fact, they don’t ripped the bottom side, but the edges’. It’s such a mess and not safe for their wealth no more. I stopped doing it today after almost a month of trying hard. I’ve changed the plastic bag almost every other day. It was an environmental nightmare for me, as I try to be and to act more consciously. I’ve bought stainless steel litter box especially for that reason and for the better impact on the care I gave both to them and to the planet. But the recycled plastic bags, that I expected to improve the way that I could easily get rid of the litter when I need to throw it away every week, haven’t managed to do anything to help me at all. So maybe my cats are just some sort of little gremlins, I don’t know but that didn’t work for us. And I clean the litter every day! I really tried the tips but no thank you no more of this. I just wanted to let you know that this doesn’t work for everyone. But I give you a thumbs up for the try.

I'm really sorry that it didn't work for you and your kittens maybe they think it's a play toy and like to hear the sound of the plastic bag and rip it. It might be ok for older cats my cat lily is 19 years old so not energetic as a kitten. I hope you and your furry family have a great week 💓

@@handy_emma thank you very much. In fact, my fur family goes to 7 months old to 23 years old. They outnumbered us, because they are 13 cats and 2 dogs by now. As human, we are just 3 of our kind. Concerning the kittens, I don’t think that they try to play with the plastic bag, but they seems to be just dumbs. When they try to recover their « treasures », they start to act like crazy and go anywhere their paws can touch. And when they get the plastic in the edges of the box, they ripped it like tornadoes. Since I stopped covering the stainless steel litter box, they seems to act more calm. Maybe they just didn’t like it at all in the first place.

Hi Mari thank you for your comment, the Straws are metallic paper straws £1.50 for 25 from B&M. I have just found some more metallic paper straws from Poundland, £1 for 30 straws. Hope this helped 😀

Hi orcue70 the sofa is doing great. Hopefully the sofa will last another 10 years and saves me money by not buying another one. Yes I would always try an old pillow first it's amazing what a little pillow can do but if that's not the right fit for your sofa then I would try the foam. Every sofa is different when trying to repair it. Thank you and i hope you have a great week.
