However, I have found by listening and watching to ASMR , it is extremely relaxing , comforting and enjoyable.

@@nevermore316 yes. And they already came off once, with the glue on.. trust me I looked it up.. my follow up is on Tuesday for my permanent. I can’t wait! Ideally it’s better to go back to your dentist. But he wouldn’t bond them, completely..
