😢 i had Vietnamese, Laotian and Cambodian friends i met in ESL class and they were some of the coolest people. I would even go eat at their house and drink tea with no sugar 😂

Ever since experiencing Latin culture, I felt so deeply connected to it almost as though it was something I have been missing my entire life and just discovered this year that my biological mother was actually Mexican so it’s a incredible thing to be able to connect back to your roots ❤️ Go back and see it !!

This video resonates with me so much. I believe as humans sometimes we forget that what’s most important is our own bodies. This can be when it comes to mental, emotional and physical well being. As humans society puts us on a clock to do things when it simply doesn’t apply to everyone. We should just enjoy life and love ourselves and our journey because that is what is so unique about every individual’s life.
