Woodworking tip - Use rubber matting under your woodwork. I love this, I am going to make one. Well done. I used cut out circles that were surplus to requirement and covered them with shelf lining (the rubber kind with holes ) and 4 of those hold wood perfectly for router or any other tools.

Thankyou sis. For a long time I wanted to buy a wood burning pen but I was very doubtful whether the soldering pen would work on wood for writing I even tried on a wood but that didn't work properly ( may be as u said I didn't know what is the required heat to use on a wood) so,I dropped that idea. But I Thankyou for demonstrating this work.. I am writing this before working on it. Wait I will work on it and comment u again...

My wood work teacher suggested it as a fun exercise decades ago. That's the only time I've seen it done or heard it spoken of.

The dollar tree stores near me don't have wooden crates or wall paper.
