Mine has healthy-shaped leaves(not curled or deformed), but they are turned quite unusually and seemingly random.

The manual shows the air regulator should be installed on the air stone. However, I think it should be on the drip ring (as it is in this video). I think it's probably more likely that someone would want to adjust/turn off the drip ring at some point. I'm not sure adjusting the air stone is something that people do. Wouldn't people want it to just run full blast?

So the seeds will still germinate with the sticker on top? That's a small hole, I'm not sure how its supposed to recieve any light through there

This is how they scam you for a lot of money. It is the same plant. I am looking at mine right now and it has both types of leaves on it. When it gets bigger, I am going to cut off some of the whiter leaves and prop them. The same thing with N'joy and Pearls and Jade.

I've actually beard good things but honestly, i view it simply as a teaching step between b4 slending 2 to 3 x for an 8 to 1p bucket reservoir system but 4 is nax that's about as pain in ss as you can take but with those cheap ebay drip irrigation pump/timers, they are awesome for changing out reservoirs every 2 weeks or preferences. I must say, tbe biggest issue I've heard is over warering from tbe top, it defeats much tbe lurpose bu years ago these had zero top feed type drip. So cut it off and lightly water the clay tourself, that way roots still get food and oxygen but that one area quits getti g saturated and may even become weak or sick Granted i have oy seen others with these, i was gonna tey but as i said, those small issues but they must be fixable, people do DIY swtups constantly so you cpuld just use the larts as larts, build a RDWC, a real one. You have most everything but i imagine more tube or piping the pump should be enough. But as an old style dwc, that top feed lime i said haswprk arounds if you cant adjust the pressure to a drop. I wpuld look at an irrigation parts part of a big box hardware store. You can probably swap out for working oarts if that's the issue. Good look, I've seen good results but I can't verify as someone who has only seen these particular DWC pots and nice plants, healthy looking. So take with a grain if salt but i have heard some of the complaints, some are bad parts, some watered too much, others had zero problems. Very inconsistent. But for having all pieces for no more than DIY kits, the fact i all parts r there is too convenient and idesoite too many complaints, I'm willing to try and send it back if it sucks.

Worst set up ever I bought this kit didn't work missing parts and low quality. Chinese probably.

Awesome. I love the examples. I saw mine at the Not Enough Sun photo. I have it sitting on a table one foot from the window with the blind slates closed. Now that it's almost April the sun should be doing it's 'thing' better towards the Avacado. It's about 36 inches tall with lots of leaves and new growth. Thanks
