I don't have it anymore, but if I did, it would cost at least $1,000. Parts alone cost me nearly that for this build.

This is awesome dude! Keep it up! Maybe another way to get the shape would be to use more hinge pieces turned inwards for the sides of the tower. It would probably be a bit more stable and allow for an interior
Thanks! It would allow for an interior but it wouldn't allow such a seamless edge on each of the 16 corners of the octagon. The structure itself was remarkably sturdy (except the roof lol). I was able to roll it around on my table with nothing breaking off!

I cant believe people build stuff like this and then take it apart.
It hurts, but I don't have space to keep them all built, plus it would be expensive to have to replenish my pieces from each build so... this is the way

Not true, look at official lego sets like Bonsai Tree. It has a pot filled with loose 1x1 round tiles. 👍🏼

use those clear peg and single stud pieces they use to angle minifigs and you can change the angle on the seagulls to make it look more realistic
