Not sure if you've used Moon River in other pens but I think it's one of the driest inks you can find.

Good evening Heather - such a lovely pen - I love my rose gold - but I was having a hard time choosing between that and the olivine! I also REALLY love that sesame oil lennon tool bar ink - i'll have to add that to my wish list.

Also for the kaweco - it's grip so you need to pull the nib out - I try and grib with a towel to pull it out. Also my AL sport doesn't drive out - i have the rose gold so the sister to the olive one. Hopefully it treats you better!

Oh I wonder if I have an allergy to ammonia, I haven't figured out yet why I am sensitive to cleaning products - i also break out and have an asthmatic reaction. I hope Tom's studio works - let me know i'm intrigued!

I was eying that Walltown Pen but you beat me to it! :) So pretty. I ended up getting a pen from the Carolina Pen Co website - the Charleston in Purple Darkness, that I think *might* be that same resin. Very similar, anyway, although I think your pen has more purple.

I totally thought that was the Turquoise Dream when you opened it too. Im jealous that you were able to snag the halloween one.

Thank you for sharing. I had asked about nib size and shimmer and specialty inks. You did answer that question. Thank you again. I got to wondering, is nib size and ink type a thing? Should you not use certain inks with certain nibs?

I started out with Sailor MF nibs and didn‘t like them. So I thought Sailor pens weren‘t for me until I got an M nib and after that a B. Now I even like the MF. 😂 I have to admit that I tried many inks in the pens and found that I like the Sailor inks as well as Iroshizuku and other well lubricated / wet inks best. But that actually goes for most of my pens… 😊

I think you might be seeing crusties on your Oxblood. Happens to some oranges and reds.

I think all of the pens are gorgeous! I haven’t tried that pen yet.

How serendipitous I found your video/channel showcasing this very specific thing lol!! 😉 I'm here for it! 😊🙌🏻 I use the moleskin weekly planner (8.25 in × 5.125 in) which looks to be longer/wider than yours, while also being slimmer than yours. Do you think it would fit? Looking at the bag dimensions, I'm thinking it might! If so, I'm sold on the black one. 😍 Although tbh I do wish it came in black with gold hardware instead of silver. 😍🖤💛✨️ Ok, sorry for the rant.. 😅 And thanks for the great video!

It would have been very helpful if you had turned the page over when you were doing the pen test to show whether it would bleed through, since I also use Sterling Ink paper.

Hey, did you reink the Carene? Did it help? Also, if you had any water left in the pen or converter, it would be a lighter color, especially if it was recently inked. It really does give me a more consistent writing if I wipe the nib before writing. I don't see anyone do this in TH-cam videos, but it is a routine thing that is easy and makes a difference for me.

I will still use a weeks - N1 size but will get this for journaling/health

I will be using this as a way to journal and keep health notes. It’s ok to me that your thoughts skip around a bit, so does mine! Also, a good way to decorate daily pages might be Rub-ons they don’t add any bulk

I love their gilded edges and haven’t had a problem they held up well all year. Occasionally, I had to separate 2 pages carefully- no tearing. Love this just wish it was a different color cover but that’s what stickers and paper are for LOL.

Heather, I like to wipe the nib before I begin writing. Lots of times, when I pick up various pens with various inks, the color begins as a darker, more saturated color. Wiping the nib takes care of that many times! 😊

Another great one! When I digital books for school I took a lot notes in the app Good notes. And you can print them out! Bc I wasn’t a big fan of the digital books.

Ooh, i have the Endless Mystic Forest ink! It flows well in everything I have used with it so far!

I'd say if you used a broader nib, the velvet emerald color would show more true. How wet is the Waterman writing with the ink? It might be a little dry, too.

Cute stickers and layout. I enjoyed today’s video. You got a great deal on your new TN cover.! I’ve been using mine more since I have discovered the clear cover hack to hold my books instead of the jump bands. Lauren Phelps sells one for standard but I was able to repurpose my TRC clear zipper case(my off brand one was too small).

Another great video! I love it all! I graduated with the associates of applied sciences including the medical billing and coding and only used it for about 3 years. I was in the medical field for about 16 years. You will love it! But now I’m in something totally different!
