I'm not sure what this sign ⛔ in Your county mean, but in mine it's basically saying "You can't drive here in that direction"
Jesus dude, learn how to ride that bike. you're doing 3000 rpm in gear 2. youre on an Indian Scout you can be doing 20 mph in gear 3 at 1200 rpm easy, learn to listen to the sound of your bike and when she wants to change gears. Youre riding the rpms too high. Before you say i dont know what im talking about. i own a Rogue
Yeah dont listen to this guy. Lugging your engine at 1200 rpm is terrible for your bike. Just cruise around 2000 and shift around 2500-3000
just a heads up, the analog speedo is notorious for water damage. I had the same one for my Indian ftr 1200.
15:57 Hey did you ever figure out what caused that and did you fix it?
Che bellezza! Greetings from Italy. 👍🔥
What year is your bobber 🎉🪖
Can you share a link to the seat? Thanks a lot
Awesome Ride thank you so much for sharing
Why not just get a 50cc scooter? You ride this exactly like one... makes no sense! 😂🤡🤡🤡
How is that? I have a Faggio and I don’t get it… 🫨😬🤣
I can totally agree with this one. The slowest bike review iv ever seen. U can easily watch this before going to bed
Holy, I'm glad to live in a country side, there is so much car bumper to bumper.
What did you use to cover the hole left by the stock mirrors? recently installed bar end mirrors and want to cover top mirrors thread hole.
Do all new motorcycles have that high pitch whirring sound now? I have a Harley Nightster and it also has the whirring.
That's the sound of the fuel injector most new models use that tech
fuel pump priming the injectors. Everything is electronic these days. Some don’t like fuel injection but long gone are the days of “fixing” the carbs every year. Never had fuel injection fail yet, current bike is 6 years old, injectors still as good as the day I bought the bike.
hows the 100hp engine treating you
I felt that it was a motorcycle exhaust sound that I wanted to hear forever.
I like everything about this video except the tank stickers but that’s just me. Do you bro! Nice bike 🔥
Sick bike, but get them stupid tank stickers off it
I love this bike. One piece of advice though, try raising the camera angle just a little bit. So that we can still see the speedometer and handlebars, but also see a little bit more of the road. More or less like it was on minute 11:40.
niiiice
Pretty much the exact same path I just went down. I’m new to street bikes but have more time on two wheels than most will ever acquire in a lifetime. I guess I’ve always appreciated the look of a clean softtail, but also could appreciate the personality of a chopper back when those were a fad. Always been the type to go against the grain of what everyone else does anyway. So I was looking at the 883 with all the same concerns you had. I also despise the typical Sunday Harley rider, idk why… maybe cuz they’re douchey? Or just all the same idk… I stumbled across the sportster s but it’s pretty ugly tbh. I’ve raced Honda’s and Yamahas and they make solid motors, won me several championships in the 90s and 2000s but I’d prefer something more nostalgic for my first street bike. At this time, I honestly had no idea Indian had made a comeback. Coming from someone who owned a CanAm, letting my pride go and swallowing the pill that I loved a Polaris product was tough… but they make a great bike. I found out while looking at them that multiple coworkers apparently own them for the same reasons. Well built and doesn’t say Harley on it. Plus my local dealer offering a lifetime powertrain warranty speaks volumes to how confident they are in the engine/trans. Plus rockin the first name ever to be manufactured in the USA for bikes is nostalgic. The fact that the name has been thru hell and still emerging prosperous is an underdog story in itself. I ordered the 2025 last week.
where'd you get that rear fender
Is lane splitting legal in Texas?
Unfortunately it is illegal to lane split
1:09 Blood stains on the road. Traffic accident or something?
Lol naw, it was spray paint
It would suck riding a bike in the US without being able to filter, having to be stuck in traffic like this, like a car.
Depends on the state. Some states allow lane splitting. Which you could go through traffic just recommended doing it very slowly but be prepared for Karen's to cut off your path because they don't think it's fair
Even in the states where lane filtering is legal. Some car drivers get so angry by it and will attempt to block them in and shit. It’s ridiculous.
@@jernbek1 to add to this guys comment, by block he doesn't JUST mean pulling their car in front of you. Old guys like to swing their doors open on bikers.
You can lane filter in some states. Lane splitting is a big no no tho
Ooof…. I wanna ride so bad, but seeing you deal with traffic makes me scared.
How does it feel going 80-85mph?
At the beginning of the video when I saw you driving through the business park I said to myself man that looks like Austin and sure enough
What state and city are you in? I'm guessing Austin,TX but idk for sure.
with what exhaust ??
Shorty GP slip ons
@@CCElevenHundred the video doesnt do them justice. Theyre LOUD as hell
@@PsychMotoTherapy LAF!
I have the sharkroads on mine, loud enough.
Been riding my tiny Rebel 300 for about 2 years now and this bike is what I'm looking to upgrade to. Also, recognized those streets a few min in, 512 lfg
The best decision I’ve made was purchasing 2023 Indian Scout Bobber as my first bike. I enjoy every single time I’m riding…No regrets!
Just picked up my '24 Rogue sixty. I'll never ride anything else other than an Indian from now on.
The graff is sick 🎉
That was an Awesome Ride thank you so much for sharing
Are you using any audio recording device or is this straight from your action cam?
The audio is straight from my go pro.
The gundam sticker tho👀
Hi, i am from italiani, Torino, do you know? Wich city are you going araund, with your marvellous bike? I am trying to bike this bike. I love to much, Indian scaut bobber. May be ,at the end of April, me to i will go araund my city, with my new bike... i would have waited, to decide to buy this bike, because i dont want to do any financyng. I would have wayted at the half of the next year, because I was interested to pay my new bike , cash, without any financing. When i' ve hard that Indian, will present on April 2 nd, the new Scaut , i was a little scared. Want not that indian will does like Harley Davidson, new sporster. I new motorbike completely revouluzioned. And i dont like that indian could do the same with scaut bobber generation....what do you think abaut this?
I'm riding around Austin, which is in texas. Beautiful place to visit. I think indian mainly focuses on performance while keeping that traditional look. All their scouts, scout bobber and chiefs haven't changed much in the past 4 years. Unlike Harley Davidson, their new sportster bikes with the new evo engine are mainly aimed for new riders. When I heard they stop making the Harley Forty-eight sportster I was upset. Hope this helps!
hey buddy. love the pure sound video. making one with my cbr1000rr. curious on which mic you used and where did you place it? Thanks! The more I watch i think you may be recording directly off the gopro?
Hey man, I appreciate the love. Yeah I use a go pro 10 with a media mod, and I have a lavalier purple panda mic which captures all the sound you hear in the video. Hope this helps.
What an Amazing Cruiser bike riding One of the best bike that has Class in Black Appearance Indian Scout watching it riding is like ASMR❤🔥
Thank you! Yes, it is a beautiful bike. Nothing quite like it!
Nice
Indian went bankrupt. You are riding a Polaris 😂
i love to get a Indian scout for my self its so Fing cool im saving for it hope it doesn't get much more expensive
I'm on the same journey. Hope you get yours soon!
Cool bike love the sound
Thank you!
Returning rider after being away for about 30 years. I initially was looking at the HD Sportster S, but decided against it. I decided I wanted an Indian, and I was initially looking at the Chief line, but it felt like it was too much for my experience level. I switched to the Scout line and ended up with the Scout Bobber 20. I love my bike, but I had the same issues with the uncomfortable ride due to the suspension. I upgraded to the Comfort+ solo seat and the Fox shocks. That completely fixed any issues I had with the ride. I can ride for hours now with no after effects. I definitely recommend upgrading the shocks. You'll be amazed at the difference. The Bobber 20 came with the 10" mini-apes which gives you a more upright seating position. You might consider getting handlebars taller than you currently have, or some risers to help with having to lean over the tank. I agree with you that it's a great bike for beginners as long as they can ride within their experience level and not get drunk on the power. And it's a bike that the rider can grow into. I didn't want some bike that I would be bored with in 6 months. No chance of that on the Scout that's for sure. It looks like you got some slip-ons, what kind are they and how do you like them?
Glad to hear you're back out riding again! Yes, I am considering all those changes you mentioned for a better ride. The slip on I have are called gp shortys. Very budget friendly and you can find them on Amazon. They sound loud and definitely recommend.
Very nice Bike and Video btw, Is the Syndicate 2 up seat better and more comfortable then the stock one? Thanks for Sharing with us
Thanks! Its 1000% better than the stock seat and more comfortable, which let's you enjoy the bike for hours. The syndicate has the back lip which keeps you secure on the seat, unlike the stock seat.
@@CCElevenHundred thanks for your answer, i appreciate it a lot. Keep it up 🫲🏻
No tattoos on the arms? What alternate universe IS this?
I have a tan on my arms from riding all day. Does that count? Lol
That looks like south congress heading north in Austin.
Hi CC, wasup? I've to say, love seeing how's traffic respectful its in many cities of America. I'm a subscriber from Brazil and here the reality is a little different, to say the least. And the value of an Indian here is likely 40 to 60 minimum wages, wich is too much expensive. What do you do for a living in Texas, bro? Ty for the content!
Hey bruno, Howdy from texas! Thanks for the support from all the way from Brazil. Yes, the indian motorcycle is expensive, but it is worth every penny. Fortunately, I make enough at my job to afford it. I'm a chef at a university.
Awesome bike! Congrats 🎉 🏍️
Thanks! 👍
You should change the names of the video sections to something cool
Thanks for sharing
Nice ride!
40 degrees isnt all that cold to me. Been riding to work in the low 20's a lot recently. As long as you wear the right gear lower temps are 100% manageable.
This is a long video wish it was more short but thanks anyway
I wish it was longer
