I have this situation: there are two online stores that sell the same products. Contacts are different, hosting is different, but the second site (created later) stubbornly drops out of the search and is poorly indexed. When you remove the first site from the search query, the second one instantly gets into the TOP-10. How to make the second site well indexed?

Thanks for addressing this issue: quantity vs. quality. Several years ago, someone continually ran a dummy site with hundreds (500+?) of plugins. As they were all quality, WordPress-approved plugins, the site loaded quickly and worked fine. Keep on keepin' on!

This is a very helpful nudge for me. We have been building a list over the last year or two, but we’ve never found the time to send newsletters in an organised way and when the list grew too large to use Mailchimp for free we stopped sending. The paid subscriptions are way too expensive to sign up for without following through by taking the time to make the most of it. We now have a list of over 10,000 email addresses and I’m realising that I should take some of the time I’m putting into Facebook and Instagram and put it into email instead!

I have email lists from Etsy & Paypal - actual sales from actual customers and I swear only one or two people ever respond! lol! Maybe I need to do mass mailings more than once every blue moon but I have to wonder if people even read email anymore... I will do it weekly with different products however because perhaps it's the problem.

Great info! I'm wondering about the INTER-linking - is there a way to do that 'faster' than having to 'wait' for the posts page and URLS , to show up? or dig around on my computer for the links. I use a plug-in to auto-link to other posts but usually only goes to same category ones. I hope that makes sense. :) thank you
