@@RonnyyPlays ok great because im having issues with dinput8. when installed i get ( zlib_2 error). but soon as i remove it the game loads fine until it enters story mode ( its in slow motion.)

LSPDFR is Single Player Only. You can not play gta online with it. Or if you're talking about wifi offline then no. Youll need wifi.

Followed this again, and it didn't fix the problem. The dev team are also lying to the player base by saying that "there are no issues with the mod" when there actually are.

@@RonnyyPlays yes i have everything updated. as i followed while watching your vid. the only thing i dont have is your config. i have one installed but thats not the issue for me or maybe it is? im not sure but as far as i know its only els thats causing me issues.

@@BrianGutiérrez-m5l If you still got stuff f in your mods folder before the update, you will either need to delete whatever you have or get a new mods folder.

So bro you on your discord right now ? I just did a fresh start deleted everything but gta in main directory. I still have open IV downloaded

@@IAMJCSTEADYAIM i never deleted openiv. Once you have a clean copy, open iv will automatically pick up that folder.
