here is my personal subliminal. I have used the raven method successfully with this track :) it includes a base of heavy 6hz theta waves and affirmations, overlayed with desert ambience and a crackling campfire, soft curated star wars soundtracks, and the voices of old obi/mando in the first ten minutes to help you settle into a meditative state. cheers and happy shifting!!
