Most dangerous are Dismas heads, they can deal very high damage. Stunning or eliminating them (so they are replaced with less dangerous heads) is preferable. Abilities of other heads can be annoying but manageable, and Collector himself, while no weak, can be just damaged, Lifesteal doesn't actually heal that much ...well hopefully you already know this by now

He is not strong at all, the problem is how you played against him. First you should try to kill the highwayman, since they do the most dmg. Also you should stun his minions and attack him. He is the easiest mini-boss, basicly even some enemy parties are stronger than him.

the boss did the least damage and you tried to stun him instead of killing him, you did get some unlucky rolls like him resisting the blights but if you had stunned the minions and attacked the boss instead of doing it the other way around you might have come out much better
