Hey there, curious if you can make it a video with sound?
how can I go to the "Contact Me" and edit the Opt in Language?
You do what so many do when showing someone how to do things on a computer when they don't know. You click, click, click this and that super fast without showing or telling what you're clicking or doing it very fast, because you know what you're doing, and just are assuming everyone else does. Go back and watch your video and look at how many times you click a link quickly and the next one quickly and not explaining what you're clicking or why.
Hi there! I just re-watched this video, and I'm pretty sure I tell you what I'm clicking before I click it in most instances. The only thing I can think that is me just "click click click"-ing is when I make the second open house squeeze page, but that's because I had just explained how to make a squeeze page, so I didn't want to explain it twice. Let me know if you have any other questions!
Videos taken from TH-cam and put onto your kvcore website always starts blurry. (Like in your video) It's not a buffering issue, it will happen each time the video restarts, and never evens out. It needs fixed. This is a KVCore issue or TH-cam issue, but it's annoying and makes the website look horrible.
what are you trying to say? we are searching how to integrate facebook leads to Kv core, and you end up setting chat plugin.
You can connect your website (landing page, squeeze page, homepage, etc.) to the automatic chat responses that you set up. That brings people back to your kvCore system.

okay- BUT how do you do this?
There is a "green screen" filter on Instagram Reels and TikTok that you can add a screen shot or screen recording of this website to. Then you just talk about what you see! You can also do a Facebook live reading the page, or make a video like this one if you want to show your face (here I am using Loom).

You have to open a contact's profile and on the bottom right there is a Market Report section where you can manually set one up. Hope that helps!

If I add “open houses”, wouldn’t that allow them to attend the open without me?
It just allows them to see all the open houses on one squeeze page (if I'm thinking of the same part of the video you are speaking about).
@@thecrmfairy yes, they see the list of open. Nothing prevents them from attending the oh, they are not required to say “Irene sent me here”. I suppose I will see who searched for oh and it’s up to me to ask where they will actually go. My partner feels the same way about listing 55+ communities in our area.

How quickly after a lead signs up, will it send them a market report?
Once a market report is requested it is sent within 2 days, and then it is sent every 28 days (unless you turn off the automation).

so I was hoping this was going to be my external facing number but that sounds not to be the case. I'm trying to see the benefit of having this other than what I've heard about the internal cycling of indirect phone calls within the org
Yeah, if you plan on doing text campaigns and using kvCore for calling purposes, I would suggest getting your own smart number. 3 years into getting my license, and I think I got a company call once. 🤦🏻♀️
Can you create a custom voicemail for your smart number or will it redirect to your cell phones voicemail?
I think because the smart number is attached to your cell, it would be the same VM. If you want to separate things, you can get a Google Voice number and use that as your business line.

you mentioned listing evaluation landing pages. I am trying to set having a customer scan a QR code and it bring them to a home evaluation link, have you done a video on how to do this?
I haven't done a video on QR codes, but you could take the link to the valuation page and use a qr code generator. There are a bunch of free sites that can do it easily!

How are these reports being sent if there's no email address?
In order to get the valuation (in the case of a seller) or to continue looking at homes on your site (in the case of a buyer), the customer needs to put in their email address.

Once you sign up, it's a recurring charge until you cancel.

This is helpful for people ON your site. Question: how is a squeeze page like that in terms of SEO? Would it ever rank or be found on Google?
Sadly, because so many agents use kvCore, the SEO behind it isn't good and would likely not be ranked in Google. I think landing and squeeze pages are more for promoting to people who already follow you.

@@MagicNomadic Custom website and squeeze pages are very useful if you use them correctly! They won't be found on google, but you can still use them in many ways to promote your business.
